Kill The Boss | Now Easier To Learn!

*Multiple rounds pass by while gone for 8 hours, none pass by when gone for 3*

Why does my schedule always have to line up terribly with what I want to do. Can't I just only be gone when rounds aren't passing by, please, world, give me luck once and a while.

(Not saying it's your fault by the way, saying I hate how my schedule turns out).

 

The mercenaries throw various objects at the Slime King, dealing 20 damage!

In your drunken daze, you have trouble figuring out where the potions go. Most of them land in random patches of ground, but one unluckily lands on the Slime King, healing it for 20 HP. You're not getting the achievement for this because it was obviously intentional.

Charging...

No need; they've just finished! It seems that the slime separates most easily under highly-pressurized, rapidly-expanding heat and kinetic energy.

The next attack will deal double damage!

Apparently, time machine blueprints are pretty hard to find in a land of swordplay and magic like Murfos. You do, however, find a blueprint for something else...
Ancient Blueprint - When used, summons a sentry gun with the powers of whatever machine the user chooses. The damage and amount of time it lasts depends on the chosen machine.
@Bluescreen's Kritzkrieg charge has run out.

You don't have to do that, you can just say it has those powers now and do stuff with it.

The vacuum sucks up glob after glob of slime, eventually dealing 70 damage! No Plorts to be found, unfortunately.

The fireball crashes into the Slime, dealing 50 damage.

The water washes away a fair bit of slime, dealing 20 damage.

The Slime King summons another Slime Swarm from the sky with 100 HP!

Guess I'mma just train another sun death ray on it till it boils from the inside out.

 

I use a large kitchen magnet to attempt to retrieve some of the metal objects from within the slime.

 

I charge the next attack of @Bart (MC)

 

I go to the Nether to search for various corrupted items that may help us in battle

 

Also, since people don’t seem to see how this works, I’ll explain from what I know.

Player A: I attack the boss with a flamethrower
After this is said, IT HAS ALREADY HAPPENED.
You can’t change it or do anything else.

So if player B said ”before that attack, I douse the boss with gasoline” that won’t happen, SINCE THE FIRST ATTACK ALREADY HAPPENED.

Next up: on the topic of coordination.
If player A says stuff like ”I cast a spell to weaken the boss”, this has, in the past, meant that the next player deals 1.5x damage.

So if the next player searches items or does something else, THIS IS WASTED. If we don’t waste them, we can deal a lot more damage.

Tl:dr: After someone says an attack, it has happened. Always attack after the person before did something to boost you / weaken the boss.

 

I use my NotAFlamethrower to burn the slime king.

 

Ah, beautiful, that means I can fire off a Solar Beam immediately! I'll also use the Energized Cube (do i eat it? is that how it works?) for some massive damage.
achievement time?

 

I focus my magnet on Non-oxidized Iron/Nickel (only found in space), then I use that to try and make a meteor with those two metals in it crash into the slime king.

I launch my catapult with another catapult

 

I try to persuade the slime swarm that I'm the real slime king and that the boss is trying to trick them

 

While in a drunken rage, I attack my teammates!

 

The mercenaries launch a final attack for 20 damage before fleeing the scene, their job complete.

The beam hits the King for 30 damage.

It seems as though someone has already gotten most of the items with a more powerful magnet. However, you do manage to pull out a rusty can opener and an old can of beans. It'll take a while to get these beans open; at least 2 Attack Turns...

As soon as you step through the portal, a fire charge flies towards you. Somehow, you manage to catch it.
Fire Charge (3/3) - When used with an attack, the attack's damage is split between the Boss and any Minibosses. Can be used 3 times.

The weaponized legal loophole melts away some slime for 30 damage.

You guys really like sun power.
You absorb the sun's energy and channel it into a bright beam that pierces the Slime King for 70 damage.
The Energized Cube fires a green beam into the Slime King, dealing 150 damage! The King's ambient jiggling speeds up...

Somehow, this convoluted plan works out beautifully! An immense hunk of metal falls from above, landing on the Slime King for 80 damage!

The Swarm doesn't know who to believe... They decide to split the difference. Their healing is halved!

You weaken one of your allies. The first attack next Attack Turn will deal half damage!

The Slime Swarm heals the Slime King for 20 HP!

The Slime King has summoned a second Slime Swarm! (They will now be referred to as Slime Swarms A and B)

NOTES: I was kind of a dick about you guys' attacks. I'm gonna keep the new rules, but I'll also apologize.

 

According to how heat works, it racls up damage the longer it's focuses. Time to build a robot to help me autotarget the slime so I can do other actions.

I charge for my next attack (No, this is not the power boost kind of charge - I just think that my next attack will be too big for one attack turn.)

 

Use the Ancient Blueprint to summon a Star Ship Sentry (also I'm not using my charges on this)

If we kill the boss, do the minibosses remain?
