Anyone Have Some Tips To Reducing Lag?

I am laggin so much recently that I can't play the game. I get teleport back then My spells are delayed and the music too and I die randomly. I also have optifine install. Does anyone have tips and mods I could install to reduce lag?

 

Is it fps lag or connection lag?

Well I set particles to the lowest not off because somehow I can't and I need to see the particles just a little and turned my render distance to 6

Wynncraft is very resource heavy depending on what you are doing and where you are.

 

idk I mean I also get lag on different servers too... so idk if its my computer's fault
