I use the info in the book to combine the Alien Cube with the Monster Energy Drink.
Let's hope the ancient people who wrote it had knowledge of aliens and energy drinks.

The Slime King is filled with oil.

The book has a series of pictures showing a person pouring a Monster into a hole in a green cube much like yours. You follow the directions. As you pour, the green of the cube begins to glow, pulsing slowly, building up as more liquid goes in. Finally, the two are combined, and the cube flashes like a strobe light.
Energized Cube - Deals 150 damage to the target, but causes the Boss to instantly use their Ability.

The flare is sucked into the King. You see a brief spark inside its body, but it seems the slime is too cool to ignite.

The flare gun has already been fired. Now the Slime King is filled with oil and gunpowder.

The mercenary is hiring mercenaries? What a world we live in.
The mercenaries gladly join your side. They will attack for 20 damage for the next 3 Attack Turns.

The flames travel into the Slime King. The prolonged heat ignites the oil and gunpowder, causing an explosion for 180 damage!

Anyways:
There’s only one way to deal with slime.
I go inside a car and drive the car into it.

 

I put that car inside another car and drive it into the Slime King.

Nono, it has at least doubled it, perhaps even squared. Here, I'll show the math.
Car -> Slime King = x dmg
Car + Car -> Slime King = 2x dmg
Car² -> Slime King = x² dmg.
Now, if we calculate the energized cube in..
Car + 150 -> Slime King = x + 150 dmg
Car + Car + 150 -> Slime King = 2x + 150 dmg
(Car + 150)² -> Slime King = x² + 22500 dmg
See? It all works out. I think.
wait did i put that in my calculator right

 

Why would the 150 damage be multiplied?

 

I never said I was good at math.

 

Use superior german science to study the slime bit to figure out the best way to deal damage to it.
