Wynncraft Bomb Tracking Mod?

I am just wondering if this would be allowed:
since we already have the wynncraft bomb tracking discord server (people ping each other whenever a bomb goes off), I was wondering if I could use this discord with a mod and make it so that you get the notification in game.

 

a bomb tracker mod was made already and was later banned

 

I think it was banned for having pay to win features, so there's a possibility that having one without the pay to win features may be allowed, but I strongly advise consulting with a moderator first since I don't wanna give incorrect info.

Well, it had some kind of feature which had to be purchased. I don't remember what it was exactly.
