    Ok, explanation of LI:
You fight ten bosses in a row. For each successed fight you get tokens as a reward. After each fight you have a choice: Exit and save your tokens or continue to get more tokens and tokens of higher tiers at the risk of losing your current tokens. After a successful run you can use the tokens to buy powerful accessories.
    Now for a build:
    1. Better get to lvl 100 first as this gives you access to more items
    2. How about hive items and mythics?

If you're looking to sell your current XP set, I'd use the trade market section of the forums. I agree with what err0r said. What's your budget? Have you completed Hive yet (as Hive items are very good and cheap)?

Budget is pretty low, I guess that means I should complete hive quests first, is that doable with my current xp set?
And to error, I never would have thought level 100 gives access to more items, does the item guide not list all the items?
Also mythics are out of the question.

Also forgot to mention, there are Hive items? What's so special about these quests?

Best source for item info is https://www.wynndata.tk/

Always do Hive before LI, because 1) Hive is easier (with the exception of Qira herself, who is generally considered harder than some of the LI bosses), and 2) it's very difficult to beat LI without access to Hive items. Completing each division of the Hive gives you a token for an item from that division (you can only wear one per division, and likewise only one Master Hive item, which you can get after beating Qira). You can see all the Hive items on WynnData, just Order By Drop Type: Hive. The wiki has a list of Hive items by division, although the stats are almost certainly outdated.

Here's a standard raw-based Nepta Floodbringer build, this should be able to get you through the Hive. I instinctively typed Whitecap Crown for the helmet before remembering that it's a Hive item - that tells you how important they are. Quartzite Helm should manage fine, although when you beat the Water division definitely get Whitecap Crown. Try to have enough Int bonuses on the Soul Signal, Finesse, Reminder, and Nepta to reach 129 Int, definitely get a 4/4 mana regen Memento (but don't worry too much about the damages unless you're willing to spend upwards of 10-15 LE on it) and a 3/4 Nepta with good Int bonus, and focus on getting good raw damage on all the gear (you can settle for a mediocre Finesse as long as you have enough Int). With that, you should have no problem beating the elemental divisions of the Hive, and Qira shouldn't be too bad, although you'll need to keep up the pressure on her first phase to get her low enough that she can't full-heal.

Come back and make a new thread for LI after you've beaten the Hive.

Edit: If you want better Earth defense and more mana regen you might be able to wear that Papyrus instead of Soul Signal, although that'll push your health down quite a bit.

    Thanks for all this info!
Just by looking at this set it looks super pumped in spell damage, but I mean don't I want a bit more walk speed? Also, Is Hive a place or is a quest line or several places or both?
Again, thanks for all the help.
Edit: For the Nepta Floodbringer do I focus on getting mana regen, % spell damage, a bit of both, or invest in buffing them both significantly?

The Qira Hive is a quest and a location. The damage is what matters, since it's a combat-oriented build (and it doesn't really have bad walk speed, just doesn't have good walk speed). For Nepta, get 3/4 mana regen and a good Int bonus - don't worry about the % spell and % water damage unless you've got plenty of money (i.e. several stacks of LE - which is not quite rich, but not really lacking in terms of non-mythic items).

Maybe 4-6 LE? I'm not familiar with Nepta prices.

If I may edit that a bit, you're probably gonna want to change it up a bit before going to Earth division, like changing Soul Signal to Petrichor for actual earth def and some agi, otherwise that build will get oneshot. Once you're through Earth div, I highly recommend buying Elder Oak Roots, as it works great with Soul Signal.

Earth Def doesn't matter in the Hive, since you'll never get hit anyway with how slow the mobs are.

The mobs may be slow, but some have Charge, Multihit, Slowness and the boss Meteor; you may not get hit often, especially when you dump all your extra skill points into agility, but when you get hit with an (almost always pretty strong) earth attack on your 9k hp and -350 earth defense, you're dead. unless you get all powdered up but then your air defense is like -300

This is the Dark Channeler I got - if the problem is earth defense, I think changing the Dark Channeler to Elder Oak roots is a great idea, but divisions/floors of the hive deal extra damage to earth because I think I should only where it then, as changing to the roots makes me lose a ton of raw sd. Also, how come oak roots work well with soul signal exactly?
Also, for some reason I've never actually known the 'elemental circle' per say, or like, 'water deals more damage to fire, but blank deals more damage to water, etc.' circle. What is it exactly?

Also, I think Capricorn is better than the quartzite helm except it does -100 earth defense aswell. If I do that I would have to get both and only use quartzite during the divisions that deal extra earth dmg.

Elder Oak Roots work really well with Soul Signal because it covers its elemental weakness (-170 earth def) quite well (120 earth def), and gives almost as much damage as Dark Channeler, plus 2 mana regen.
There isn't really a definitive 'elemental circle', but looking at armour defenses, it looks a bit like this:
    elementsexplained.png
Again, there's is no definitive 'this is strong against this' chart, as some armour has extra defenses, some extra weaknesses and some none.

Thanks, also I just realized Capricorn is a boot and not a helmet lol. What about mask of enlightenment for the helmet? It loses like 1k health from most other ones but it gives int, sd, mr, and water dmg, it's like everything I need, would that work better instead of the quartzite?
