Starting at [-1216, -3108] and ending at [-1267, -3155](which is the stretch of coastline that this dock is at), I counted fourteen nodes of Bass.

voidstone - 10 nodes 763 65 -4917 deep in a cave that starts at 882 -4906 - there is also alot of diamond in that cave, didn't count it all cause of mobs and cause now that I think of counting the diamonds as well im not there.

(the nodes are near in 5 - 3 - 2 groups)

Kroac's farm, just outside the east exit of Olux (-1604, 54, -5450) has 8 nodes of Hops and is, apart from the occasional Swamp Naga, pretty safe.

The stretch of farms, east of Cinfras (80, 42, -4830) has 6 nodes of Millet, 11 Rice nodes and 6 Bass nodes.

10 Oat nodes at the little farm south of Detlas (524, 85, -1368).

Bass : west side fish refinary x -1767, z -3424 to x -1913, z -3390 have 14 nodes and safe. east side of fish refinary also have some nodes but lots of mechs spawn there so i dont bother that side.

This is a list of a bunch of places where you can gather materials at a decent rate. I'm going to call each spot where you can gather before having to wait a minute a "node". I will list the spot with the most amount of nodes available first and then alternatives after. Let me know spots you found where materials exist for gathering and I'll try to check them out and add them! I will list places with a decent number of nodes.

Please note that this list most likely isn't perfect. The CT keeps on changing these spots for better or worse and without them announcing anything, it's hard to keep all of this up to date. I'm probably missing a bunch of great spots to gather materials so I will try my best to add as many of them as I can find. Despite that, the places here should be good enough to grind at. As of now, most materials have at least one good spot with over 10 nodes. If there is a mistake with anything here like a typo or miscounting, please let me know.

A smaller note. I typically list coordinates as in [x, z] since the y-coordinate typically has no significance. If it is important, I will include it so that it fits [x, y, z].

Legend
■ Excellent = 14+ nodes
■ Good = 10 - 13 nodes
■ Mediocre = 7 - 9 nodes
■ Rubbish = 6- nodes

Fishing
I. Gudgeon

[12■] In the small lake north of Detlas, there are 12 nodes on the other side of the small dock. [530, -1725] (Thanks, @Bluescreen.)
[11■] There's a pool on the opposite side of the fish/wood refinery near Ragni with 11 nodes. [-635, -1540]
[9■] There's another spot that has 9 gudgeon nodes around Maltic Plains. [-445, -1800]
II. Trout

[13■] There are two spots close together that contain 13 nodes in total. [55, -1555], [55, -1500] (Thanks, @WithTheFish.)
[7■] Small pool a bit south of Detlas has 7 nodes. Note that one of the nodes are at the top of the small hill. [290, -1540]

[20■] If your fishing/mobility is good enough, you could travel between this place and the two spots by the river mentioned above for 20 nodes. It's only effective if you can get all of them in less than a minute.
III. Salmon

[12■] Behind Nemract's Cathedral, there's a small bay with 12 nodes. [375, -2130]
[11■] In the Dark Forest Swamp, there's a river with 11 nodes. Mobs spawn here. [-1580, -5240]
[8■] The river right in front of Nemract's entrance has 8 nodes. Mobs spawn here. [235, -2115] (Thanks, @Bluescreen)
IV. Carp

[6■+9■+3■/18■] Waterfall Source for the Almuj River. 6 nodes on the upper-most pond, 9 nodes on the pond below, and 3 on the lowest pond. Getting up here can be a pain as you have to climb the waterfall. There are 18 nodes in total. [1190, -2245] (Thanks, @Mkroets.)
[10■] Small section in the Rymek Region with 10 nodes. Mobs spawn here. [1055, -1455] (Thanks, @Realises.)
[10■] The pond beside the Sand-Swept Dungeon has 10 nodes. Mobs spawn here. [1300, -1865]
[9■] Another pond for Carp exists near the infiltrated barracks with 9 nodes. Mobs spawn here too. [1290, -2240] (Thanks, @WithTheFish.)
[8■] Orc Lake close to Bucie [-1855, -4900] has 8 nodes. They are spread out here.
[7■] Hillside Pond north of the river behind Almuj has 7 nodes. [1222, -2202]
V. Icefish

[11■] In the Lusuco Region, there is a small unfrozen spot with 11 nodes. [-225, -460]
[9■] Near Nessak, there's a small pond with a mound in the middle. There are 9 nodes here. [-100, -750] (Thanks, @NPCGrian.)
[9■+4■/13■] East, down the staircase on Nodguj Island, there are 13 nodes. Note that 4 of them are outside by the broken ship. [895, -3380]
[5■+6■/11■] Near Twain Lake, there are two spots somewhat close. One has 5 nodes at [80, -500] and another has 6 nodes at [25, -445]. (Thanks, @Bluescreen.)
VI. Piranha

[15■] Around the whole Jungle Lake, there are 15 nodes. They are somewhat scattered but this place got buffed. [-640, -915], [-635, -960], [-675, -965]. (Thanks, @by2011.)
[10■] The pool beside Iboju Village has 10 nodes. [-770, -725] (Thanks, @Bart (MC).)
[9■] In the Forgotten Burrows*, there's a section for Piranhas with 9 nodes. You need to have done the quest: "The Worm Holes". [-2490, 13, -6805]
[2■+2■+2■+3■/9■] Zhight Island has a few places with Piranhas. [-475, -2845], [-490, -2915], [-515,-2895], and [-535, -2965] are fairly close to one another with each coordinate having 2-3 nodes. In total, there's 9 nodes here. (Thanks, @Zeerion.)
VII. Koi

[15■+1■+2■+3■/21■] Around the Fountain of Youth, there's a big body of water with around 21 nodes. Mobs rarely attack. For this spot, the 15 node area should be suffice for leveling. [-815, -425] (Thanks, @Bart (MC).)
[12■] In the Dernel Jungle, there is a big pond with lilypads that contains 12 nodes. There are mobs. [-620, -530]
[11■] West of the Caritat Mansion, there is a pond with 11 nodes. There are mobs. [1305, -5185] (Thanks, @Zeerion.)
[9■] In the Canyon of the Lost, there is a river with 9 nodes. Harpies can attack you. [590, -5145]
[9■] Next to the Shire(Hobbit Place), there is a large pond with 9 nodes. There are mobs. (Thanks, @Mkroets.)
[8■] West of the Entrance to Rodoroc, there is a small pond with 8 nodes. There are mobs. [870, -5335]
[8■] Southeast of Gelibord and close to a Decay Root farm, there are 8 nodes. [-975, -5150]
VIII. Gylia Fish

[15■] On the west side of Lake Gylia and next to the farm, there are 10 nodes with 5 more nodes as you move northeast. Sharks attack sometimes. [-240, -5300]
[10■] Pond northwest of Cinfras has 10 nodes. [-565, -5060]
[10■] Pond northeast of Cinfras has 10 nodes. [-330, -5150]
[10■] Small coast of Lake Gylia has 10 nodes. [-210,-5170]
[10■] In the Kander Forest, there's a fork in the river with 10 nodes. Mobs spawn here. [-670, -5505]
[10■] There is another small fork in the same river above further down with 9 nodes. Mobs spawn here. [-850, -5370]
IX. Bass

[36■] On the south side of Corkus Island near Relos, there is a a bay with 36 nodes. They're all fairly close to each other as well. Start at [-1835, -2220] and move south along the coast towards [-1735, -2065].
[14■] On the east side of Corkus Island, there is a small dock with 14 nodes surrounding it. They are fairly spread out and moving between nodes can be awkward. [-1225, -3100] (Thanks, @Altakar .)
[12■] In The Hidden City Quest-zone**, there's a spot in the river with 12 bass nodes. They are a bit far apart from each other. You need to have done the quest: "The Hidden City". [-8165, -13630]
[8■] In Canyon of the Lost, there are two ponds close together that total to 8 nodes. [85, -5000]
[7■] There is a spot on the north side of Corkus with 7 nodes but has a bunch of hostile mobs. [-1425, -3295]
[6■] By the Burning Farm east of Cinfras, there's a small river with 6 nodes of bass. [110, -4840] (Thanks, [USER]@Ghostie[/USER].)
X. Molten Eel

[16■] In the Upper Molten Heights, there's a long stream of lava with 16 nodes on the edge. Mobs come sometimes. [1410, -5080].
[12■] Huge lava lake in the Upper Molten Heights with 12 nodes at [1265, -5260].
[11■] In the Upper Molten Heights Region where all the dragonling eggs are, there is a stream of lava with 11 nodes. One hostile mob rarely ever comes. [1415, -5570]
[8■] The lava pool near Maex has 8 nodes. [1325, -5400]
XI. Starfish

[10■] Sky Falls, east of Ahmsord, has a small pond with 10 nodes. [1435, 127, -4575] The refinery for this is at [1280, -4645]. (Thanks, @_Antho74_.)

[10■] West of Astraulus' Tower, there's a pond below with 10 nodes. [1170, 34, -4955]

[9■] There's a pond south of Kandon-Beda with 9 nodes. [785, 136, -4360]
[8■] Beach east of Jofash Docks has 8 nodes. Mobs spawn here but rarely attack. [1415, -4095]

Farming
I. Wheat

[30+■] Thesead [775, -5070] (Thanks, @WithTheFish.)
[15■] There are a ton of farms in Ragni/Maltic Plains that have a decent number of wheat nodes. The farm at [-460, -1985] has 15 wheat nodes.

[~75■] If you go to every farm around here including Katoa Ranch, you could gain up to 75 wheat. Note that this is only efficient if you're able to reach all 75 of them in less than a minute. If it's too much, you can cut out certain farms so that your rotation around each farm matches how much you can obtain in 60 seconds. (Thanks, @bessons-flowers.)
[11■] Right outside of Ragni's North entrance, there's a farm with 11 nodes. [-775, -1735]
[10■] Katoa Ranch has 10 nodes. [-825, -1905]
[9■] The farm north of Emerald Trail has 9 nodes. [-565, -1765]
[8■] The center island on Durum Isles has 8 nodes.
[7■] Right outside of Detlas in the sheep pen, there are 7 nodes.
II. Barley

VII. Millet

[10■+6■/16■] Close to the Light Forest Entrance, there are two farms. [-1400, -4545] has 10 nodes and [-1265, -4550] has 6. If you're good enough, you could alternate between the two farms for 16 nodes in total. Mobs spawn here. (Thanks, @Mkroets.)

VIII. Decay Roots

[12■] There is a big farm southeast of Gelibord with 12 nodes. Mobs spawn here. [-680, -5200]
[11■] In the Dark Forest, there is another patch with 11 nodes. Mobs spawn here. [-1345, -5365]
[7■] A small village in Kander Forest has a patch with 7 nodes. [-885, -5305]
IX. Rice

[12■] East of Aldorei Town where all the Bamboo is (IX.I), there are a bunch of small farms spread out that total out to 12 nodes. Mobs spawn here and the nodes are fairly spread out. [200, -4410]

-Unless you want to move around a lot, I wouldn't suggest coming here just for one extra node. It's a lot easier to gather in the other areas listed.
[11■] There's a small patch of rice south of Thanos with 11 nodes. [355, -5150]
[11■] By the Burning Farm east of Cinfras, there are 11 nodes of Rice. They're somewhat spread out though. [90, -4840] (Thanks, [USER]@Ghostie[/USER].)
[10■] There is another patch of rice southeast of Thanos with 10 nodes. For both spots, there are a few mobs near you (particularly the ranged Troll Savage).

[12■] In the Avos Territory east of the Uth Shrine, there is a farm with 12 nodes. [-1820, -3280]
[10■] Another farm in the Avos Territory northeast of the Uth Shrine has 10 nodes. [-1750, -3365]
XI. Hemp

[11■] Two Farms southeast of Ahmsord [1215, -4500], [1220, -4525] contain a total of 11 nodes. (Thanks, @by2011.)

[9■] In the Raider's Base, there are two small patches with a total of 9 nodes. [1470, -4300]

Mining
I. Copper

[8■] There's a mining spot directly west of Detlas with 7 nodes.
II. Granite

[15■] At the entrance of the Pigman Ravine close to Ragni, take the stairs on the left and then at the top, take the bridge to the other side. There are 15 nodes in total if you mine each spot. (Thanks, @Ishfen.)
[13■] There's one cave in the Pigman Ravines with 13 nodes. They're spread out and there are a few mobs inside. [-710, -1355]
[11■] Similar to the last cave but it's smaller. There are 11 nodes and no mobs. [-785, -1205]
[8■] Behind the apple farm near Detlas, there's a mine with 8 nodes. [295, -1715]
[3■+8■/11■] West of Nemract, there's a spot with 3 nodes and a mine further up with 8 nodes. Each node is fairly distant from one another. [-265, -2075], [-195, -2185] (Thanks, @Rickachu )
III. Gold

[12■+15■/27■] Abandoned Mines is a literal gold mine. [715, -1275] has 12 nodes. [865, -1295] has 15 nodes.
[11■] South of Detlas and under the cliff, there's a mine with 11 nodes. [400, 67, -1265] (Thanks, @Paks.)
[11■] South of the graveyard near Nemract, there's a mine with 11 nodes. [330, -1990] (Thanks, @Bluescreen.)
[10■] Near the Nessak Transition, there's a cave with 10 nodes. [275, -1120] (Thanks, @FieryX.)
IV. Sandstone

[3■+7■/10■] North of Almuj and inside the big mine, there are 10 nodes. 7 of them are in the cave at the bottom while 3 are above. Lots of scarabs. [945, 20, -2195]

-Although there might be 10 nodes here, it's not really practical to reach the extra three nodes above. It's probably better to go to the spot near the Invaded Barracks.

[6■] South of the Sand-Swept Dungeon, there are 6 nodes. [1350, -1765]
V. Iron

[20■] Behind the Tower of Ascension, there is a cave with 20 nodes. Mobs rarely attack.[-435, -420]
[16■] A bit east of Olux, there's a big cluster of iron ore. 16 nodes in total and very close together. [-1900, -5400] (Thanks, @Chrli.)
[12■] In the Abandoned Mines near Rymek, there are 12 nodes. Mobs spawn here. [1065, -1260]

This is a list of a bunch of places where you can gather materials at a decent rate. I'm going to call each spot where you can gather before having to wait a minute a "node". I will list the spot with the most amount of nodes available first and then alternatives after. Let me know spots you found where materials exist for gathering and I'll try to check them out and add them! I will list places with a decent number of nodes.

Please note that this list most likely isn't perfect. The CT keeps on changing these spots for better or worse and without them announcing anything, it's hard to keep all of this up to date. I'm probably missing a bunch of great spots to gather materials so I will try my best to add as many of them as I can find. Despite that, the places here should be good enough to grind at. As of now, most materials have at least one good spot with over 10 nodes. If there is a mistake with anything here like a typo or miscounting, please let me know.

A smaller note. I typically list coordinates as in [x, z] since the y-coordinate typically has no significance. If it is important, I will include it so that it fits [x, y, z].

-Although there might be 10 nodes here, it's not really practical to reach the extra three nodes above. It's probably better to go to the spot near the Invaded Barracks.

[6■] South of the Sand-Swept Dungeon, there are 6 nodes. [1350, -1765]
V. Iron

[20■] Behind the Tower of Ascension, there is a cave with 20 nodes. Mobs rarely attack.[-435, -420]

VII. Cobalt

-Might be better to go here considering there's a ore refinery not too far away at [1030, -4940].
[10■] East of the Crane upon entering the void, there is a mine with 10 nodes. Mobs spawn here. [14175, -3935]
[9■] One island southwest of the crane in the void has 9 nodes. Mobs spawn here. [13865, -3910]
Woodcutting
I. Oak - Nivla Forest.
II. Birch - West side of Detlas.
III. Willow - Nemract Region/Dark Forest Swamp

-If you are of high-enough level, go to the Dark Forest Swamp for Willow. The forest is much more dense with trees.
IV. Acacia - Savannah Region.

-The area west of Bremminglar has less Acacia then the main region but has no mobs. (Thanks, @Rixium.)
V. Spruce - Nesaak/Lusuco Region.
VI. Jungle - The Jungle. (Including Dernal Jungle)

-There aren't many mobs around Delnar Manor. (Thanks, @Kreothaz.)
VII. Dark - Dark Forest (Not Kander Forest or the Swamp)

-You could also go to Dead Island.
VIII. Light - Light Forest.
IX. Pine - Canyon of the Lost and around Corkus.

-Unlike the other regions, these trees are much more spread out from each other. The area north of Corkus and the area just outside of Thesead are most likely the best spots just because of how dense the spots are.
IX.I. Bamboo - South part in the Canyon of the Lost and east of Aldorei Town [120, -4365]
X. Avo - Around the Fallen Factory Dungeon and Avos Territory in general. Southwest of Corkus as well.
XI. Sky - Sky Islands.

*The Forgotten Burrows can be found at [-2043, -5389]. Remember that you need to have done the quest, "The Worm Holes" to use this place. (Thanks, @Ascended Kitten.)
**The Hidden City Quest-zone is a hidden area with only 1 mob and can only be accessed through the level 88 quest, "The Hidden City". To reach this place, go to the airship base in Eltom and head up the tower. Step onto the airship and follow @yadkari's video here. (Thanks, @yadkari.)

I have feedback about this. I'm pretty low-leveled in gathering right now to be honest, but I feel like (and I've asked many people about this) having a lot more nodes to collect is better, even if it takes much time, even more than the 1 minute respawn time. Because it's not really effective or quick to get small amount of materials and wait for it to respawn while you could continuously get large amounts of materials without having to wait. Just a tip because I kinda bugs me that you're saying 'in les than a minute.' It's your opinion, yes, but I just wanted to try to change it I guess?

You only need 12 nodes to have full efficiency with 4-hit gathering iirc
