So I've seen a bunch of forum rp's and I was fascinated by, mostly, the creativity of them. But what I've seen is that the rules can sometimes get a bit too complicated, with a couple of exceptions. And then created my own rp, regardless of whether it will go big fail, fail, or meh.

    upload_2019-5-25_22-2-29.png
please note this looks crappy with dark theme

    DISCONTINUED FORUM RP
1400 AP: Corruption, chaos, and confusion has broken out in the three provinces of Wynn, Corkus, and Gavel. The corruptive forces has extended at great speeds now from the Nether Portal, recently engulfing Wynn's richest trading city, Detlas. The fall of a great town has sparked panic in all of Wynn, and this corruption will only spread further. The Kings of Ragni and Troms have hired many mercenaries and soldiers to try and halt the corruption; only to no avail. Meanwhile, in Corkus, the separatists have risen against the current government of Corkus and are succeeding in spreading their insane ideas, with violence, of course. But that is not all; the separatists have found a way to reactivate Antikythera, the brain of a factory that produced mechs and robots, and upgrade the supercomputer into Antikythera 2.0, thus now the factory continues spewing mechs to terrorize the whole island of Corkus. But the separatists won't stop with the island of Corkus; they sail their ships to Wynn and start to invade the province already facing catastrophe. Gavel, on the other hand, would like to help out Wynn against their problems, but they have their own problems to worry about as well. A third Dwarven War has arisen in Gavel's Molten Heights, between the dwarves and doguns. The dwarves and doguns blame each other for setting loose a demon, where in fact none of the species is at fault. Villagers from the rest of East Gavel try to make peace in between the two species, but they get caught up in the war and take sides. And West Gavel is sending troops to Wynn to fight the Corkus robots and separatists. Whereas the citizens of the ocean do not want to get involved in this war but are trying the best they can to defend themselves. And contact has been attempted to be established with Fruma, but for now, Fruma simply watches and does nothing about the wars. It is up to commanders from various cities around the world to stop these series of wars... or add fuel to the fire?
TL;DR: Dwarven War, Fallen Factory reactivated, Corkus fighting Wynn and Gavel (W and G are currently allied), Wynn corruption takes Detlas and continues spreading, Ocean citizens try to defend themselves, Fruma doesn't care for now...

    ------

1a. Your character is basically a commander of a certain city/town/village that exists in Wynncraft. You have to state what city/town you are part of and maybe a name which is optional (ex. "Joe, commander of Troms") there can be more than one commander from one town. (NOTE: the following rule will probably be nerfed) You start off with 20 HP and 20 AS (army strength, see rule 10)
1b. The city you are from, the corresponding province is the one you'll be fighting for.
    2. I control the outcome, you control the action. (ex. you can't just say "I murder King of Ragni and all of Wynn is panicked hahhahah lol"
    3. Your actions have a lot of freedom, just don't make them way too crazy (ex. I steal all nukes from North Korea and bombard them all on Gavel)
    4. Some examples of actions:
Combat is turn-based: Player 1 (Ragni): I send myself and my army to the coast of Relos to fend off mechs. Me: You and your army are doing well against the mechs lead by Player 2, then Player' 2's Trusted Mech (20/20 HP and 4-5 AS) runs into you!

Player 2's Trusted Mech slices you with its electrosword. (-5 HP) Player 1: "yaaarrrr" I fight the mech back Me: Your sharpshooter skillfully places an arrow into one of the Mech's main circuits! It takes 15 damage.

The Mech slices at you, opening a gash in your shoulder. (-4 HP)

You hurl your weapon into the Mech's chest, shattering its "heart." It powers down immediately. Player 2 loses 5 AS.
Player 2: aw man let's retreat lol Player 1: I do a victory dance!
Note: when a mob is killed and you wish to get loot, post your next message with something like "loot the mob(s)" and RNG will be initialized to acquire loot

Player 1 (Cinfras): I'm going to head to Avos territory to check out the situation there. Me: You are currently in Cinfras, meaning it will take a while to travel by foot or ship. However, an airship captain allows you to use his airship for free. "Heading to Corkus, right? We'll get there in no time, no price!" You are now flying toward Avos. Player 1: "thanks you mister" Player 2 (Corkus City): I spot Player 1's incoming airship with my eye. I send my army to launch cannons against it? Me: Your army follows your command, but doesn't have the necessary weapons. While you search for weapons, Player 1 and their army reaches Avos.
Player 1: I set out in the Rymek canyon to find supplies for my army. Me: You find a gleaming chest filled with loads of weapons. You acquire Stone Carved Bow (+6 DMG) and your army receives +10 AS.

Example of bad action: Player 1: I shall run to Ahmsord, murder every villager, then run to Letvus and steal all airships, bomb them onto Corkus decimating the population, then swim all the way back to Nemract, and drink some whiskey hahahahaha get fuc*ed. Me: As you run to Ahmsord, magical spikes appear from nowhere, instantaneously killing you and all of your army. (-100 HP) You respawn in Nemract with 0 AS. You lose Stratiformis (+28 DMG) and Warchief (+50 HP). Player 1: ... (**ok I won't be as cruel as this but please don't make stupid actions like this)
    5. There needs to be an even number of players in each province, let's not have all the players except one in Wynn and just one player in Corkus.
    6. The form of currency will be little "quests" given by an NPC if the NPC would like to sell a particular item
(ex. Player 1: "Hello, do you have a couple pieces of armor for my army?" Me: A villager looks up from her work. "Sure I do! But aside from all this corruption and war, my family's got a little problem as well. You see, some little jungle creature stole some of our stuff. We believe the creature went out west. Could you please kill the creature and bring back the stuff?" Player 1: "No fuc off" Me: "Well, you ain't getting my stuff with those manners! Get lost!"
    7. If you have suggestions for this game, please tell them. Similarly, if you have questions or are confused, please ask.
    8. When you receive an item, have a change in stat, or interact with a certain NPC, I will add it to the spoiler section labeled "Notes and Story." If I forget, please tell me! (which might happen)
    9. You can join and quit and rejoin and re-quit at any time, no high commitment needed. The same applies for me, cuz I have life too... I will try to remain as active as possible.
    10. When you die, you will lose 20% of your AS. You may lose items when you have less army strength, just like the Wynncraft death/soul point system. You will then respawn in your city instantly. You can gain AS by fighting other armies, other mobs, or training. (first you need to look for interact with NPCs to train) In a fight, your army can deal (AS - 5) to (AS + 5) damage to an opposing mob or an army. If you should split with your army, you will temporarily have -5 AS until you reunite.
    11. k i hope that wasn't a lot
News: Corkus armies ride hot-air balloons to Kandon-Beda to conquer and have them partake in their separatist government ideas. The Corkians gain on Gavel armies, until Ahmsord sends an army on iron golems to Kandon-Beda to fight the mechs and Corkian separatists. To counter Ahmsord's armies, Tsu, a commander from Corkus City, also sends her armies to Kandon-Beda. It seemed obvious that now, Corkus would definitely take Kandon-Beda, but Gavel was in luck. Gavel succeeded in protecting the cliffside town... just barely.

News: Wynnian citizens have sneaked in the Fruma gates in hopes of pleading with the Fruman queen and asking her for advice for the raging wars. However, not ten minutes into the lands of Fruma, the intruders are caught and brutally executed.

News: Virus has broken out in the Avos territory. Scientists think the source of the deadly Deathcone maximus has been adulterated from the decay of the Kander Forest and used as a potential war weapon against Corkus.

News: Zhight, former leader of Zhight Island, has deceased and the island is engulfed in a waging war between many opposing factions.

News: A wanted serial killer from Cinfras, nicknamed "Angry Dad," has been caught after a week of search by a commander from Aldorei who goes by the name of Blue Battle Sage.

News: Corkian forces fight long and hard in their victory to win Llevigar. Llevigar is now in the hands of Corkus.

News: Corkus mechs have been seen boarded on hot-air balloons towards Kandon-Beda.

You can start off by training your army (ask NPCs) or you could send your army somewhere or just chill

You talk to a fellow separatist who's been taking a break from fighting and seems bored. You come over to him to see if he knows anything about training.
"Uhhhhh... I guess. There's this little place up north where there you and your little army can practice with robo-dummies. But there're some rumors that the robots are going rogue, just like hundreds of years ago. But meh, they're rumors." He continues to talk about how you can take the risk of encountering these rogue robots and receive +6 AS.

(If you decide to train at this rumored place, you have a 50-50 chance of either losing 3 AS due to possible rogue robots or +6 AS from a successful training session)

A mysterious half-robot greets you at the entrance, and you enter the hut behind her. You see a line of robots powered up, ready to fight your army, but you don't know if this is training or they've gone rogue
    rolling (rather, flipping)...
    (heads --> +6 AS, tails --> -3 AS)
    upload_2019-5-31_22-13-11.png

Turns out the robots weren't rogue at all, and your army succeeds in the training. As you exit the building, the same half-robot gives you a creepy smile.

    +6 AS for Tsu

News: Ahmsord armies have joined the battle against Corkus, held in Kandon-Beda.
    [Corkus 40 AS - East Gavel - 44 AS]

You can get way more AS by fighting in battles, such as the current battle in Kandon-Beda. If you join the battle, Corkus will have 66 AS in that battle and Corkus will have a very high chance of winning the battle, and you can get loot and about 15 AS. Not to mention another town under Corkian control.

Or you could ditch your buddies in Kandon-Beda and let them lose and farm loot/AS for yourself.

You and your army head to the hot-air balloon docks and take five hot-air balloons to Kandon-Beda. As you approach the cliffside town, you see mutilated robots and guard golems, and injured villagers and humans. Your hot-air balloon is almost landing until suddenly, a sharp projectile from the battle below ricochets and heavily punctures your balloon. You fall to the ground and you hear a crack in your arm... (-3 HP)

The rest of your army lands safely and begins the battle. [Corkus 66 AS - East Gavel - 44 AS]
    alright RNG time
(random number from 1-100, 1-79: Corkian win and Tsu gets +15 AS, 80-100: Gavel win and Tsu loses -5 HP but +8 AS)
    upload_2019-6-1_14-38-39.png oof so close

You are commanding your mechs to take down the Gavel knights to the west, but an iron golem full-on charges into your shoulder! (-10 HP) Dazed by this attack, you simply don't have enough energy to scream commands at your army. A Corkian medic tries to heal you (+5 HP) but then you see in shock about an hour later that all the Corkian armies are retreating back to the Kandon-Beda docks and fleeing to Corkus. A commander from Ahmsord jeers at you as you limp on to the hot-air balloon...

You have not lost many members of the army, in fact, the battle actually strengthens your army. (+8 AS) From the iron golem assault, a Thin Iron Slab (+1 Max HP) is still stuck on your shoulder.

Tsu now has 12/21 HP and 34 AS, and has acquired Thin Iron Slab (+1 Max HP)

You sit on your bed in your house in Corkus City and take a long, revitalizing, nap for... 5 hours. Your health is back up to 17/21.

Ok i'm going to assume you meant "recruit"
You look around the city for any army recruiting NPCs but you can't find any. Suddenly, the same robo-woman from your first training session appears right in your face.

"Looking to train your army, it seems. Do you recognize meeee? I'm Rigg. I'll give you a veeeery, veeeeeery nice offer... one that just miiiight prepaaare your army for your neeext victory." The robo-woman pulls out a Lapis Pendant. "You tell me a number between 1 and 15... and you'll have a veeeery high chance of your army getting a niiiice upgrade..."

You can choose whether to trust this weird robo-woman and tell her a number between 1 and 15 as she asks, or you can reject the offer.
