True, but it's not much better than, say, Meteor (which has massive Burning Ground range). Arrow Storm can basically hit anything you want within 25-30 blocks or so (depending on altitude).

 

This is the Helmet of the Gods. If you are worthy to wear it, it is not for the protection the helmet provides, but rather the prestige of knowing that you are a god, and as a god, it is a simple matter to never get hit by any mundane attacks. If, however, a foolish mortal were to attempt to wear the helmet, it would almost immediately shatter, ensuring that man never experiences the power of the gods for any more than a fleeting moment.

Its name justifies this intentional "flaw".

 

It has health Regen and walkspeed which are both passive dura decreasers...

 

I also just remembered. Arrow storm is probably going to do amazing against people with high agil. Even if its one hit, poison will activate. Lel
