In Wynncraft, all of your classes share the same enderchest (or bank). I'm going to keep this short; let's say you have a high level class that has completed TOA (Tower of Ascension) and you have a lower class that has just started it. Is it punishable to collect all of the tokens you need for TOA on your high leveled class, put them in your bank, log onto your low leveled class, collect them, and finish TOA with them?

You can argue that this is a legitimate strategy for speedrunning and stuff, and we have also never punished anyone for this.

However the level determines how much xp you get in toa so if you do this and get all tokens for a level 40, you will get no xp.

This is actually a solution for some hard boss battles, like bob, bob's reincarnation, the corrupter of worlds, amadel, and so on. You can just kill the boss on a higher class then complete the quest on the lower class.

Also, the armor set can't be worn until the upper 70s.

This method can be done anywhere you have to collect items to go to the next stage, i.e. Qira Hive, WynnExcavation Site D (the bosses), Temple of Legends (CoW), ...

No EXP from the mobs, or no EXP from completing the TOA quest itself?

You are correct in that no Xp from mobs if you don't kill them. You still get the Xp for the quest since you have met the requirements to finish the quest plus you get any items normally given with the quest. ToA is special in that your level determines how much Xp you get for the quest. There's a sweet spot to get the max. Xp. They do not want a lvl 40 class to be carried by a higher class and get the full Xp available.

Max xp from ToA is if you do it exactly at level 75. I believe going higher or lower than that when you complete it will slowly drop off the xp gained, likely in a similar manner as dungeons.

Iirc the xp will remain the same after level 75 (like that of the Hive, which gives you the full amount of xp at 95 but still gives the full amount in later levels).

Yea so, the way it works is actually quite simple, every quest has that feature but you don't notice it. When a quest give XP, the game checks how much that is in % of the current player XP req. If that number is overly high (i don't remember the exact amount, but it's something like 200% and higher) it cuts the XP so you don't level up too much. It's only noticeable on those long-term quests, as most quests give a smaller amount of XP and won't trigger that.

So in the end, finishing the quest at level 100 or 75 gives the same amount of XP.
