Mage/Dark Wizard Water Mage

Im searching a good balance build with a lot of hp for my water mage

 

I SEE A WATER BUILD THREAD!!!
what level are you looking for what are you thinking purely water or other elements?

 

For level 100 and the main water . I need something with a lot of spell dmg and mana regeneration.

 

I will just assume Hive and LI ok, but no mythics.
https://wynndata.tk/s/CTI5us pretty standard nepta build. Get 129 intel and dump remaining sp into agility. The armor powders aren't necessary if you don't want to spend money for them, they are just for concentration
But maybe you want to try out a morrowind build https://wynndata.tk/s/x0mzg7 mana regen and intel are lower of course, but you have high agility and hot walkspeed
Also if you want a build without hive or LI, just tell me and I will make you something different

https://wynndata.tk/s/wErVlM here you go. Just like before, try to reach 129 intel. To do so you need good intel rolls on the skill point items (they need to sum up to 29). If you don't have a good detective's ring, use a reminder instead
