Just started playing a few days ago, I'm not certain on what stats I should prioritize while leveling, getting gear ect. I'm level 36. Any and all suggestions are welcome, I'd like to know what I should and shouldn't be doing here. Thanks

you shouldn't really care much about stats and builds not until like level 70-104, just try and get legendaries and level ~36 gear
try and play around with gear and see what you like

Welcome to Wynn, hope you're enjoying it! At your level, it's difficult to balance grinding for loot vs just leveling up - as you will soon outgrow your loot. However, I recommend looking into the dungeon merchants of the SST and IB dungeons, as they have great rewards. For your build in general, try to align items toward a particular goal, be it spells (which would prioritize spell damage, mana regen, etc.) or building towards a specific element. I strongly disagree with the sentiment that you shouldn't care about your gear, but you shouldn't needlessly optimize at this point either. Hope this was helpful.

Basically get anything that has a bit of mana regen while keeping good element defenses

There are a number of possible playstyles, but in my opinion the easiest, especially for a first playthrough, is a spell-based playstyle - hit Intelligence benchmarks and use remaining skill points to meet gear requirements in one or two other stats that you want to focus on, and throw the rest into Defense or Agility for survivability. For gear, focus on mana regen, damage boosts, and Int boosts, although try not to go below about 70% of the baseline health for your level (e.g. if all your armor is 10 levels underleveled, you may want to go actively look for new stuff).
