For legal reasons that's a joke.

Imo the voting age should be lowered a tad, even if young people are less experienced than old people and overall less mature, they are more of a blank slate and can generally access new things with a better lens than older people. Adult age? Should be dependent on the individual, but that wouldn't be practical so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (some could and should be considered adults at age 16 and some at age 23, it should depend on their critical thinking, awareness and capability of maturity)
