I Am Having Problems Converting A 1.12 Rp Into 1.13

I have used a custom weapon resource pack for a long time but after I switched to mainly use 1.13 the pack doesn't work anymore, if anyone knows the problem pls explain to me how to fix it

Quick, someone find a nerd that knows how resource packs work.

 

I'm probably too late, but they changed most texture names in 1.13. It's pretty tedious, buy you could rename them all one by one.

try changing the "items" folder name to "item"

no I haven't be able to solve it. even when I renamed the folders

 

I'm sorry, I tryed many things but even if all is correct, I get an OpenGL Error, I can't find out why...
Again sorry, try to ask on Reddit some help, maybe another one could find the solution. :/
