Not life or mana steal, just literally stealing build.
I still haven't got exact idea about stealing, but as I know, as it gets higher, the chance to drop emeralds by attacking, would be higher.
And when I search them, the results are showing only life and mana steal build, so I'm considering
(Honestly, Ik this wouldn't help me even a bit, so I hope this won't be serious)

-All below here is made with crafting theory(considering only maximum stats, not considering durability)
-These can be incorrect, and some other possibility that can provide higher, so if you know, plz share them!

    -Armors (151%)
Locking Pit. it can give you 5% stealing as maximum(and loot bonus, but don't mention it)
Unicorn Horn, which gives 40%(touching), 80%(not touching) effectiveness.

Place the horn thing on top or bottom(not the middle), and fill 5 other places with pits.
So 2 touched, 3 not touched.
    5 x 1.4 x 2 + 5 x 1.8 + 3 = 41(%) (higher than 6 pits, which is 30%)
Sadly, horn things are only for armoring, so these can only provide us 82% stealing(helmet and chestplate)
    So we need tailoring theory.
Pride of the Heights, Which provide 130% effectiveness to left. We can use this.
Place 3 Heights to left(hope all you know what this mean), and 3 pits to right.
    5 x 2.3 x 3 = 34.5(%) (nasty, but higher than 30%)
So these can give us 151% stealing

    -Weapon(34.5%, 41%)
Glittering Silt, also can provide 5% stealing as maximum(also got loot bonus, fancy!)
As same as Armors, Heights of the Prides can be used for Woodworking(wand, bow)
Unihorn Corns are used for Weaponsmithing(Dagger, Spear)
Woodworking provides 34.5%, Weaponsmithing provides 41%

    -Accessories (266% stealing)
Stolen Pearls, which gives 8~10% stealing
Luna Charm, which gives 33% effectiveness(touching and not touching)

When we add 5 Stolen Pearl and 1 Luna charm, the maximum stealing would be
    10 x 1.33 x 5 = 66.5(%) (higher than 6 Stolen Pearl, which can be 60%)
    So 66.5% for each accessory.
We can equip 4 accessory, so... that would be 266% stealing.

-None of existing gear is higher than a single piece of these

The total Stealing Would be 451.5%(or 457%)
Ofc you can add some with scrolls, foods, potions, etc.
    But let's not consider them.

    How you'd think about this?
    :D

Soooo a couple dozen T3 ingredients for something that's basically the same as this: https://wynndata.tk/s/26YCyZ

(also Stealing items in general really need a buff, or maybe crafted stealing ingredients need a nerf)

    It is technically bug abuse.
And is probably not allowed to trade.

It is not bug abuse. There are items that have undergone changes which don't affect older versions. There are a few items with extra powders than slots and things like that. The policy on trade-ables like those are probably similar to unobtainable items like vanilla items or broken items (literally not working properly, as in very old accented fierte's where the item's text breaks and other similar cases). Basically, if it's not intended to exist, don't trade it, get rid of it or keep it for yourself. That does not make it bug abuse and/or cheating. We should definitely get a mod to make sure all of that is accurate though.

Just to provide some insight: these items aren't glitched, they were modified. It is perfectly fine to use an older version of them. They can't be sold or bought at a higher price than the normal item on the trade market though.

how can that be controlled, exactly? people will simply pay more for rarer, better versions of items now impossible to get. there's no way someones gonna say 'nah i only accept lower prices' when stax of LE are thrown in their face.
