It looks like reckless driving but any car crash could be summed up with "reckless driving". You'd need to gather witness accounts to find out what specifically happened. As for how you can help, you can put out the fire (yes there is a fire) or check for trapped civilians.

 

i’ll check for trapped civillians, I should be able to do that better. I jump down near the crash and try to see if anyone is trapped.

Your gotta be more specific about the breakfast. The dormitory probably has a dining hall, do you go there? Do you go out for breakfast? What do you plan on eating (might seem like a needless detail but it's a needless detail that helps gives your character life)?
