Dwarves And Doguns Part Iv

I died at the last stage of destroying the organs of the demon, and now I'm unable to get back?
How do you get back?
I tried starting the quest over. But that didn't work.
When i pulled the lever that sends lava down, I was able to get in the cannon and be shot back to Dogun village. But when i arrived there is wasn't able to get back in the portal that sends you to the demon. Also my coords sprung back to the normal coords of the Dogun Village and not the coords during the quest?
Does someone know how to fix it? Or is it a lost case?

Have you tried entering the portal structure on top of MH?

 

MH is Molten heights?
Where is the portal structure?

 

The place where you went in part 3 to see they were summoning Garaheth.
You can now enter the portal.
