Banned When I've Never Been On The Server?

Newbie here, whenever I try and join I get a ban notice for flyhacking and to tag @Marion in my appeal. However, when I go to appeal it says I have no ban. Is there a bug? Sorry if this isn't the right place.

 

Considering that you've been banned by a pretty old mod, it's likely that you've either forgotten that you've played on the server, or that your account's login details have been compromised at one point. Regardless of the reason, you should be able to private message a mod about the ban.

 

What username are you trying to make a ban appeal for? If you haven't done so yet, try making a ban appeal under the username you had when you got banned.
