A place where we can share wacky concept builds. Ideally they would be moderately viable, but imo as long as it looks cool :P

Spicy 9k bombs, 7/4 mana steal with Super Slow Chain Lightning, and 129 Int. Of course you can swap for Quake if you prefer that and want a little bit of extra damage, though I don't recommend it because it might be a little hard to stay close enough to make that work.

Me: You know what, I'm going to create a build out of a warp main build today while using boreal and hetusol with positive health regen and mana regen all the while maintaining +200% walk speed with relatively good defences.

The reason i put water powders was because even though the damage was lower, i wanted FULL use of the Concentration powder special.
