Decrease Ping?

My ping to several other minecraft servers is fantastic, at the lowest 11 ms, but to Wynncraft my ping is usually pretty high, averaging around 110. Is there any way to solve this? I feel it would make playing a lot more enjoyable. Thanks in advance.

 

Wait 110 ms is bad ping?

(I play just fine with 2k ping at college, and at home my ping time is high enough that the server occasionally kicks me)

 

I usually have 250 ms. 110 is actually good. Deal with it

Not to sound too rude, but how spoiled do you need to be to call 100ms ping bad

 

Depending on the game, 100 ping can be really bad.

Any shooter or moba game 100 ping can make a big difference, but I agree with your sentiment that it really isn't so bad in minecraft.

 

My ping is around 100, and everything works fine. But unfortunately you can't do anything about it

It's easy, your router is slow because it is old and weary. Just like a doorframe, your router needs to be oiled and greased to ensure the internet streams run smoothly through it. Simply coat the antenna in canola oil to ensure the wifi particles can be easily conducted. Putting your router outside in clear moonlight also helps send and receive these signals from outer space.

 

Like @RazorGuild mentioned, the data center we use is located in Canada, which is why your ping will usually be higher than normal.

Switching which location we use is really not cost effective, at all, so we probably will not be changing that location anytime soon.

 

You can fix this by travelling to Canada

 

Well I have like 500 Ping normally but I live in Australia so...
