Assassin/Ninja Help Sitis Build Help

I attempted to make a Sitis build, but it has terrible thunder defense, health regen, and it can’t even be used anyway because it uses too many skill points: https://wynndata.tk/s/bwcXNq
I tried to stay away from hive items but I can probably knock out the first few elemental rooms, but not the final stage, also staying away from LI because I don’t have a good build yet. Can someone help me improve/create a Sitis build?

 

https://wynndata.tk/s/THWiCJ 8k spins, lots of mana steal, and a massive amount of lifesteal. The hpr is irrelevant when you heal so much faster than it with that much lifesteal. Defenses are eh but that's what tends to happen with Earth/Water/Air. It becomes decent with powders, and the Agi is pretty good too. Don't worry about the Int on Anamnesis too much unless you really want 2 mana smoke bombs, imo better off saving money and just getting one with good damages and mana.

In contrast your essentially killing yourself with -129 health regen and I don't think that 267 is going to over ride that some how, so its essentially just really annoying to play, furthermore I had a lot of raw health regen on mine to make up for its glass like nature, not to mention you sacrificed even more mana regen.

Health Regen won't trigger until 5 seconds after you took your last hit. If you're constantly taking damage it shouldn't really be a problem; potions exist as well to further negate the effects.

 

You can just not hold the weapon and it has life steal, have you ever used sitis?

 

I guess, but your point still doesn't refrain from the fact the user asked builds to stay away from LI accessories AND to also stay away from Hive Master Accessories as well.

 

If you are level 100 you can beat qira with anything. Also LI has easy replacements (in this case royal stormy and tidal)

 

I wouldn't say you can beat Qira with anything, not since the health boost. You need to be able to do at least 80k damage before she uses heal, since if not it's a full heal.

That said, beating Qira at level 100 isn't particularly difficult. 5k spins is plenty.
