Level 102-104

-I still am confused since the 1.8 update you know how they had 3 more levels level 102-104 what are these extra levels supposed to do

-Also another question after the 1.8 update were some of the levels XP amounts lowered because right went the update went my level was then level 102 right away and I was only level 100 before the update were the XP amounts for lower levels changed is the quest

 

with lvl 101 you get 2 skill point what makes your total skill points on 200.
lvl 102 and 103 are sometimes required with end game crafted items.
lvl 104 is ment for nothing, just a milestone that you can reach if you want

 

the people who were lv 101 or a certain amount of xp above 100(the current amount of xp you need to get to lv 101), got 102 directly, because some people were lv 101 at like 300% xp, and they didn't want all of their time to be worth nothing i think
