1st Monthly Crate Problem

    I'm, confused... It doesn't allow me to claim my monthly crate from the website. This is my first time trying to get a crate as well. I can get to the point where it allows me to put in my user name but after that it doesn't give me another page to accept the terms. If anyone can help me, that would be awesome!

    It's possible you already have it. That usually happens if it hasn't been a month since your last one.

    I mean I've checked like 30 times and it just says that I have nothing at all. Guess there's nothing to be done then... :(
