currently lvl 45 and looking for any items close to or above that lvl with lots of stealing, loot bonus, etc. with main focus being (kinda obvious) getting a lot of em. having good mana regen for when i want to finish the fight fast would be helpful too.

higher level help is also appreciated, as im pretty terrible at builds.

Stealing isn't a good identification but just choose whatever items you can find around your level. Most early game items aren't too broken or have anything that you can really make a good build off of. If you'd really like I could help you make a build though if that's what you REALLY want.

Gold Digger and Obolus are the easiest loot bonus choices, though they're both quite glassy. Pelier is the best loot bonus helmet in the game, and also has good health for its level (which conveniently is approximately your level). Chained Pixels is a good alternative to Gold Digger if you want to be combat-capable. Also Emerald Knife is neat.

This build optimizes mostly on just having loot bonus whilst giving you a little bit of dmg output. You get a bit of life steal + poison which does make your melee attack quite useful and adding a powder special can help that. Any weapon really works but Scorpion has loot bonus whilst having a bit of dmg output. If your level is too low for any of the armor then just use stuff like Chained Pixels for leggings, Ginto for Chestplates, and whatever boots are around your level (Maybe try Seven-League boots not because of stealing properties but having nice walkspeed can make it easier to do loot runs sometimes). It's not a groundbreaking build and it is a bit glassy, but this is probably the best loot build I can offer for you around your level.
