Deathly Lags In Llevigar Plains

Hello !

I know that there already are many threads for this, but i couldn't find a solution that worked for me.
When i exit Llevigar, and reach the little house with a map in front of it, my game lags to death, it's like time is frozen, nothing is moving around me, and when the lags finally ends, i'm instant killed. I have to go in this area for quests, and can't avoid it. I already tried removing the resource pack, lowering my resolution, doing the thing with Windows command, but nothing worked, and i can't play anymore :(
I hope that somebody could help me, thanks !

 

i suggest you should play in 1.12.2, without mods
mabye that'll fix it

This same thing happens to me. It's the worst right next to the Inn you go to during the Star Thief quest.

EDIT: It appears to be the worst during the entirety of the Star Thief quest...
It's not my PC or internet as those are both very good

 

1. don't take his shiny
2. reduce lag
3. try sideloading the resource pack, use 12.2, and maybe optifine
4. maybe lower render distance during the quest

 

Still don't work. I've tried to do the quest with the lags, but it's even more impossible since there is an invisible wall at the entrance of the star thief quest. Also, when i was playing 5 months ago, there was no lag at all.

 

We are aware that the area is not optimized because of the Star Thief quest, we are and will be looking into fixing it in the near future. Apologies for the inconvenience. In the meantime, you should try what others said, like reducing your minecraft settings, make sure (if you have a lower end computer) that no other program is running in the background and that you are using a stable internet connection (preferably through an ethernet cable) just to be in best conditions to play through this part.

Like i said, we will definitely be looking into this issue, you are not the only one impacted by it, there's room for optimization and improvement in the area to reduce lag and improve your experience of the quest.

 

Thanks y'all for the answers, i setted everything i could to the lower, and managed to enter the cave, that was a huge pain since the lag was still very huge, but i managed it, thanks again !

 

Wynncraft if you are fixing the area also fix other areas. Like the boss fight in frouen area
