Farming Woodworking To Max From Lv. 100 Char?

Crafting weapons is fucking awesome! A more reliable grind to craft your own overpowered weapons, no longer do I have to pray to the RNG gods for one specific weapon for my jank build!

But here's the problem:

My archer is LV 100.

My skills are LV 1.

Assuming I don't just want to farm wheat and barley for hours on-end, are there any spots that are particularly good for this without making things a total bore?

Also, are there like any spots to farm Lv. 10 Barley? I only see them lightly sprinkled in large wheat fields.

 

Durum Isles has plenty of nodes (10-12 each or so) for the first four sets of farming resources.

Note that gathering in any of the four increases your capacity, which is very helpful for higher level resources. I recommend pushing your other gathering professions up to level 20 or 30 just for this boost, even if you never use them.

If you can afford it, you can buy all the materials off the market when it comes back up. Now that it’s not totally new, materials are likely to be less expensive and this shouldn’t cost as much as it did before, but still a lot. (cost me 64LE back when the prices were really high)

 

Outside Thesead has a really large Wheat farm with 30+ nodes.
Olux has lots of Barley.

Olux swamp has lots of Willow trees close together, closer than in Nemract.
Nivla Forest is still the best place for Oak Logs.

 

I'd also like to point out that the first 40 or so profession levels go by fast, especially if you find a server with double profession XP and speed (those two bombs help a LOT).
