Weaponsmithing Crafted Apoc

I would like to have an apoc, but have not got enough LE for it. Therefore, I would like it if there was a recipe that allows a "crafted apoc" to be made. Thanks!
PS. This is for a melee build
EDIT: I am looking for mostly high base damage ( i dont really care if its fire ), and life steal.

Cant provide the amount of lifesteal anywhere near as much as apoc has unless you use 4 of its ingredient so i'll pass that and give you an Explosion + huge base dmg recipe that recently got buffed to have guaranteed 100%exploding:

3x Old Explosives
3x T6 Fire Powders - the only way to increase base dmg is via powders - 3 t6 earth powders work here too.

105-120% exploding
around 1200-1500 minus hp
45-57 fire dmg in base dmg
--- minus30 str req, minus30 def req + the def req of 3 t6 fire powders that will be added soon, 75 dura cost + the dura cost of 3 t6 fire powders that will be added soon

Craft with highest tier materials for highest base dmg possible. If on a budget, at least use half t3 half t2 (3 t3 voidstone + 6 t2 skywood)

 

Apoc can't really be replicated well with crafting because you can't get Super Slow attack speed. Honestly, just use Diaminar - you get 8k vs. 10k Apoc, and similar lifesteal.

 

The reason why I'm attempting to go for apoc is, apoc has high base damage, so it can pierce enemies' defences pretty easily. With other tierstack builds, they make it super fast, with around 1kish damage, which is sometimes not enough for elemental defence piercing

Are you sure? Because my old explosives seem to have 15-35% exploding

 

It was shown in the latest ingredient balancing post.(just like glacial anomaly) the item has new stats but they arent fully implemented (or it may be like mega fern, of which changes were stated on the post but not implemented ingame for some reason). But it's for sure that it will have 35-40%exploding.
