Need Help

I couldn't find a place to message a moderator or anywhere to go to ask for help with something like this so I'm making a general post. I lost my Climbing helmet which is needed to enter Maro Peaks and I couldn't find a way to replace it. It seems to be needed in more than one quest and I would like to be able to do them when the time comes. My username is NotJohn_ and any help would be appreciated.

Use /fixquests to get lost quest items back. If that doesn't work, then look in your bank.
