Age/Gender: 100+ Female (Can choose how old she looks: currently 24)
Bio:

Super Suit: N/A
Skills and Abilities: Time manipulation.

• Immortal, cannot be killed by natural means (Ex. Age, starvation, but not drowning or bullets)
• Able to revert anything back up to 24 hours. (So healing injuries and even death. Also good for refilling the bowl of cat food.)
• Can see how someone will die, if they are to die in the next 24 hours.

Weaknesses:

• No combat training
• Physical capabilities of whatever age she chooses to be
• Self centered

Time as a Super: However long she lived -17 years.
Relationships: With both good and bad sides.

• Currently Neutral
• Saved many lives (including very important ones) on both sides.
• Many people own her favors
• Unmarried, no descendents

Main City of Operations: Place me anywhere, lmao. Just make sure I have a big area to myself.
Other: Currently "neutral." Her area is a complete neutral zone, to all countries and people. (It's still America, just no fighting there because she has enough connections to screw you up). Very eccentric, willing to heal anyone for a random price. (Not neccessarialy money).

Here's the basic idea of my char. I haven't made his backstory or realationships yet to see if this is fine

Superhero Name: Phoenix
Alternate Identity: James Philip Northwell
Age/Gender: 23, male
Bio: a colege student, mostly a loner, wears glasses even though his eye sight isnt bad. He has a multiple personality disorder, he switches his personality depending if he's wearing glasses, when he's wearing glasses he's more nerdy and calls himself Philip. Without glasses he's not as nerdy and isn't a loner, calls himself James.(he keeps memories of both personalities)

Super Suit: he covers himself in flames to hide his identitiy, his mask is a pretty much like akechis from persona just shorter beak and made of fire, wears a red suit

Skills and Abilities:
*Phoenix flight- grows 2 wing on his back made of fire that let him fly without transforming
*Phoenix form- transform yourself into a huge fiery bird with a wingspan of 5ft, which is as fast as an eagle, with a sharp beak and talons
*Wound closer- not really regeneration as it will only close wound made by cuts, or anything else that would pierce the skin, by coutorising the wound immidiatly. Doesn't work on bruises or broken bones.
*Wing slice- moves his wings in a fast motion in the intended direction shooting a blade of fire, usable with both Phoneix form and Phoenix wingz

Weakness: unable to use his powers in water, or if it's raining, except phoenix form, but he turns into a tiny baby phoenix. If you just spill a glass of water on him he'll get weaker, but still be able to use his powers.

 

I feel like this fits here

 

So...is she like a big pimp tycoon who's at the top because of her immortality and her time manipulative powers? Is she like a mob boss (or whatever the nuetral equivalent of a mob boss is)?

Can I get a bit more information on James personality? Also, is the glasses the only deciding factor, and how sensitive is it (like, how far off the head does it got to be)?

 

Ye. She doesn't gather any of her own followers tho. Whichever group gets her though would have a huge advantage. So, everyone's trying to stay on her good side, although they might not neccessarily like her at all.

 

Pretty talketive, only cares for people around him. So if a villan is on a rampage, but on the other side of town he won't care unless they attack him or someone he cares about. And likes to make jokes. And he's the guy who woulf try to fight his bully. He's also not as smart as Philip

The glasses is the only way he can change himself, but if somebody gets him too mad as Philip he'll become James even with the glasses on until he calms down. As for James he will turn into Philip even without glasses if he's too stressed out until he relaxes.
As for how sensetive i don't really understand ehat you mean by that, but they're like 2 diffrent people.
Also if one of them is put to sleep or onocked out the other one will come out, but won't really understand what's happening for a little bit

 

When are the glasses considered "off the head" maybe?

 

In that case when they aren't touching the head for 5 seconds

I think that the basic idea is you doing stuff differently not remembering it, but other then that i dont know, that might even be wrong. But this is fantasy so let's just roll with it
