Decaying Heart is very nice with other +Effectiveness Ingreds because the -100% (Which makes all touching ingredients useless) doesn't apply to the touching ingredients because effectiveness doesn't effect effectiveness.

Spoiler: More Dura Version

First version has -434 durability, which is an issue because T3 Lv. 100 Materials are ~420 (haha) durability. Here's a less +effectiveness, more durability. (Note: Durability calculations may not work if effectiveness effects durability, but I don't know.

Which is -250 durability I think. (+264% Effectiveness)

So using Version A with Braveheart we get:

58.24%-72.8% Health Regen %
182-291.2 Health Regen Raw

72,8 Defense Req.

94 Durability

BUT that would've been 300 Dexterity Req. Which is, umm, something. Sadly, with +Effectiveness as high as this, high level+tier ingredients become almost impossible to use because of SP reqs being too high.

Things this would work will with as the Middle Left slot but I'm too lazy to calculate stuff for it:

Rocky Mind (OK I actually looked into this and that'd be +60-76 Strength with 100 Strength Req. - but also -56% - -40% WS which is OOF. I might look into this more with less +Effectiveness and a couple WS ingreds to balance out the -WS a bit.)

Are you under the assumption that having two Bob's Tear on top of each other like that will give +70% Effectiveness? I don't think that's how it works, though I might be wrong. If that's the case, then yes, it's 305%. If it's not, then it's only +270%.

That actually got me thinking more about Decaying Heart, using two of them was actually a really smart idea, which got me thinking: Triple Decaying Heart

That's how it works. Bob's Tear in top right and middle right gives the bottom right slot +70% effectiveness.
