Mage/Dark Wizard Help Best Mage Endgame Wand?

I was curious as to what the best endgame wand is. I mostly want a bursty or high damage build, but if other builds are better then I'd go for that.

Assuming you want to use one yourself, it's easily Nepta Floodbringer, with Morrowind and Judas also being quite strong.
I personally would recommend Nepta because it has, oh, I don't know, mana regen
If you do include mythics, Fatal, Singularity, and Lament are all very good. Gaia is the only viable melee wand so take that as you will, Warp is just for walk speed addicts, Pure is too low-level to justify using at endgame, and Monster is gonna get buffed but it's probably still doesn't hold up to other wands I'm afraid.
You could also ask an IM or frequent buildmaker what rare wand is cool I guess

Earth/Air defs are weak but can be made reasonable with powders. If getting a 29sp Medeis proves too difficult you can swap Knucklebones for Binding Brace. You can also dual-wield Nepta Floodbringer for Water, and if you use Binding Brace a fire-powdered Peaceful Rest is also an option. Bonder is also a possibility, for extra mana regen/hpr.

I'd use morrowind cause walkspeed and agility
Peaceful rest is awesome aswell

 

judas is like glassier and lower mana hive wand with slightly higher damage
nepta is like cooler hive wand
morrow is like cooler hive wand except hive wand has cooler heals
peaceful rest is like -ws hive wand, with more epic hybrid/heals
the lethe is an epic melee wand, with high heals, high ws, high tankiness, dps isn't the greatest though (8k or so)

hive wand is epic for thunder/earth/fire, outclassed by morrow/nepta though

MYTHICS
fatal is inconsistent but still pretty cool
lament has epic heals and mana, which leads to pretty decent dps and decent tankiness
monster is cool but bad
gaia has epic dps
warp is hard to use but people like it

lament and nepta have cool dps from powder specials, lament hitting 13k meteors + curse + conc + epic mana which is nice. high mana can't easily convert into dps though (for mage at least) aside from concentration, so the 4 wands above are probably your best bets

Judas or Nepta in my opinion because based on the fact your on your first class id recommend getting a hive armor piece over the wand and you realistically cant afford mythics.
a few others I don't see much talk about are bonder and cascade. Both of those can do damage and be interesting...that's about it

 

Now that Phoenix Wing has been buffed (almost exactly on par with Morrowind in base damage, just gets a slightly lower boost from its own damage IDs), it's actually pretty good: https://wynndata.tk/s/6XwJfM (changes haven't been registered in the API yet but 9k meteors, 8/4 mana regen, 13k health and good Def/Agi is pretty neat. Only big weakness is -370 thunder defense.

Plus, if you have a 10 Int Aphotic you can even possibly get 129 Int... if you're willing to grind Altar of Sanctification 10,000 times to get a 14sp Back-Up Plan :P
