I used to attempt to catch sleep on the bus. Made sure I didn't miss my stop because the person I trapped against the window had to wake me up to
leave. :L

Starvation. I'm more used to it. I used to see eating as too time consuming and unnecessary when I could be doing work instead (eating while working distracts me and can dirty my work), so I usually only ate when my parents were around (which was like, only some dinners here and there). I also already got (semi) used to ~5 hours of sleep, so I don't want to imagine how little sleep I need to get extremely sleep deprived.

I would rather not. I would fall so far behind in things I need/want to do that it wouldn't be worth it.

Actually, according to most scientific studies getting at least eight hours of good sleep makes you significantly more alert, much more than needed to make up for the lost hours.

I find that 6-7 hours is most optimal for me. 5 is meh, less is tired and more is drowsy.

Permanently bump up one of my grades. I don't get a lot of sleep anyways.
