to be fair most endgame fights have a way to cheese like this too, or just by the endgame using strong builds that you don't even need skill for
not trying to discredit the people who actually played the game like it's supposed to be played (i tried that, and it took much longer than csst from 71 to 100), but, honestly, quests before level 80 are so different in style than later ones that it just doesn't really make enough sense

 

I can't think of any endgame battles that are cheesable in a way where you're out of range of the boss like that. What are you thinking of in particular?

40k/40k/20k, not 50k/50k/40k. He has a relatively low amount of element defense(and no worthwhile regen whatsoever), but it's high enough that rainbow weapons or items with a high attack speed may be stymied...though his last form has barely any at all.

The Elemental Blooms are practically harmless if you have good element defense, cause they deal about 9 damage in every element per hit. An Insulation or anything of that nature completely shuts them down.


Shadow Amadel is a tricky beast... The Shadow Clones can have either 500, or 5000 health, and they're totally immune to thunder damage. It's worth noting about the Light Weavers that really all they do is Push and look intimidating. They've got Rapid Ranged, yes, but their attack rate is measured that they can attack once every...20 seconds...and their damage is abysmal. You need to go for the one with the wooden sword, but it's intended to be easily lost in the crowd. The fight's more of a gimmick than a straight battle, due to Shadow Amadel running away when hit.

 

Can we get it fixed? No, can you git gud? yes.

 

For this boss battle, I did the noobiest thing ever. I got amadel’s attention and lured him to the room where you come in from. I got him stuck on the wall of this room and I hit him from inside the room while he was outside. I was mage and had the worst gear and weapons and this worked first try after getting pissed at him for killing me.

 

That sounds like me my first time, minus the terrible gear and language.
