There are five masses of sand gatering, forming a pentagonal shape. Three are over towers, on is over a broken tower and one is just there. They are at equal intervals from the center and the other towers. The towers would mark the edge of the city, so they are pretty far away.

The sand gatherings are larger that the towers are wide at this point. As the sand is levitated, more arcitecture is revealed. It looks like streets now.
