Way To Play Wynncraft Without The New Resource Pack

Hello!
My name is Nico and I'm searching for a way to play Wynncraft without the new resourcepack.
I played on this server like 4 or 5 years ago and I really enjoyed it.
Last week I searched for this server again an was happy to see, that this server is still alive.
I connected and had to notice, that a lot changed. Especially the new resourcepack. I'm able to play with the new resources, but I dont want because the feeling is'nt the same like 4 years ago. I turned the resourcepack off and I was able to play with the default resources like I wanted, and thats good. The problem is, that many weapons looks like coal blocks or half wooden blocks and the accessory slots are snow layer blocks.
I'm now searching for a way to play with the default resources (like the default Minecraft) but have the important textures like the green arrows in the GUI or instead of the half wooden block an normal bow because I want to play with Archer.
I hope you can understand what I mean and may can help me.

 

You probably won't be able to do this because a lot of textures have been repurposed for various alternative uses.

 

Is there no Resourcepack which I can use instead of the server ones?
Like a Resourcepack who only have the important Textures in it and without 3D weapon models or the block textures?

 

There might be (actually I'm pretty sure I saw a thread with one such pack on the forums somewhere). I don't remember though.

I found two Resourcepacks and tested those, but both not worked correctly. Maybe because there are outdated..

The 2D version has not been updated since it was released, or the changelog hasn't been updated. Either way, there is currently no 2D resource pack. There were major changes to textures with the latest update. You should definitely use the server resource pack. The problem is'nt that I can't run the server resourcepack. I can, but I don't want it.

I contact the creator of the Nostalgic Wynn resource pack: https://forums.wynncraft.com/threads/nostalgic-wynn-vanilla-textures-for-wynncraft-1-4-1.189527/
and he said, that he is working on an update for the resource pack.
So basically this thread can be closed or whatever.
