I've been reading a book about AI and AGI made by a bunch of physicists and AI-technicians. I'm really worried now, and the worst thing is that barely anyone's actually aware of the real situation in this issue.

...you still possess the motivation to life your day-by-day life. And you only feel stress because your concerned about the future and outcomes of events. The combination is just you being mad at yourself for not doing anything. So you either stop being mad at yourself or wake up, get up, get out there.

I'm not qualified to give advice like this over the internet.

On the bright side, it actually isn't. It's just the truth of the world. Nothing to be sad about.

People irl keep trying to talk to me when all I want to do is finish the day faster.

I frickin' don't. Never been asked "What did you do this weekend" as long as I can remember. Somehow my friends find it acceptable to not ask back when I try to ask them, mainly because I don't think they wanted to be asked in the first place. But wtf am I to do then? Not care about people around me because they don't like me taking interest in who they are and what they do?
