I got 2 identical kazes before, but MAYBE the roll was slightly different but got the same ending stats

identical items arnt hard if they have 1-3 stats

I would lean towards yes, if they're the type of items that would normally stack (which rings are). Notice that unidentified items that are the same actual item will stack (same caveat - e.g. wands will stack but bows won't). I suspect this would apply if two items have the exact same 0.30 to 1.30 rolls for every ID.

Don't buy them I wanna win the auction on the starting bid so I don't have to pay so much XD.

 

Can confirm that two of the same items can stack when they have the same rolls. I've had two id'd wands that can stack.
Also, you can sorta stack normal items, like if you get two impeccable granite wands, they can stack together.

This is unless the item used for the skin is unstackable in vanilla minecraft. The depressing spear, for example, is a shovel in vannilla and as such is unstackable.

They used to stack I assume. I know that unidentified items can stack and stuff did they change that too?

They programmed something that they don't stack.

You can get it stacked but it turns into 2 after a few secs.

Do you know the exact 0.30 to 1.30 rolls on both items? It's possible that they have the same stats by rounding but different rolls. This may be easier to test with a different kind of item, such as Reminder (since it only has one stat).

So they are like 100% identical I showed that in a screenshot above.

 

Do you have any Kazes with Agi percentages that aren't 0/25/50/75/100? Based on what I've seen of the mod, it just takes the visible stat and calculates percentages based on that. It's possible (I'd even say likely) that those two Kazes aren't exactly identical. Try taking two perfect max Reminders (3 stars) and seeing if they stack, that would be the easiest way to test for sure.
