How will she enter the store? Her passive makes this semi difficult.

There are not many people of interest in the store except for a group of highschool teenagers (freshmen) dominating the left side of the store.

I think this shows touching = able to cast recall

Backing away before saying that recall can be cast.
I think this clearly shows that he doesn't have to touch the target to cast recall. Just that he has to touch the target beforehand.

Saskia Silvia enters the store and a little family seems to just be done taking their order. They go to sit somewhere and the employee at the order desk asks Silvia, "What's your order ma'am?"

The employee looks like a highschooler as well, senior probably, Caucasian... Just some info for an irrelevant character.

And it restores health most of the time depending on the situation.

So I'm gonna nerf Rewind back to where Justin has to touch said target beforehand in order to use the ability on them.

So Justin can't rewind the cloak guy yet.

Welp, waiting time.

The group of teenagers are making quite a ruckus and one of the employees goes over to try and calm them down.

Some of them shut up but one crazy one begins to swing fists at the employee.
