Buying Information On How To Obtain These Ingredients (16eb Each!) || Updated 2019 03 02

Those ingredients are above the level of the mob. Here is a list of all level 1-30 ingredients and from where to get them.

You can get:
Residul Spirit [Lv. 24] from Dark Cultist [Lv. 14]
Wooly Armour [Lv. 10] from Sheep [Lv. 1]
Strong Flesh [Lv. 3] from Mage Zombie [Lv. 11]
Brown/Red Mushroom [Lv. 1] from WildMushroom [Lv. 12] and Yahya Apprentice [Lv. 15]

 

Huh, ok, I can sort of believe that a bit more now, but I still can't see any hard evidence disproving volatile matter dropping from temporal rift and if you do have the evidence then please give it to dukioooo as soon as possible because I don't think either of us want false information flying around.

Edit: I think I might have found a new possible location for where the corrupted fragment could potentially drop, at -20, 67, -1430 there is this weird fusion of a mine and a sort of dungeon like area, it has level 5-7 mobs all of which are themed around mining, and I don't find it impossible to think that concerning how a couple of legendary items like Nether's Scar and Black were made from corrupted pieces of materials which suggests that this isn't a useless thing to mine and thus they may have gone on mining expeditions to get the fragments, furthermore it has a texture very closely linked to that of stone and not even to mention that this cave is quite close to the roots of corruption itself so make of this place what you will.

 

Since it's still unkown on wynndata, I guess it's still relevant:

Corrupted Fragment is a rare drop from the dead/burned detlas suburb residents

Something that I've noticed in the recent updates is that Skelemancer (mentioned in previous posts) is now classified as a rare mob. This probably means it can drop an ingredient but it has an extremely low chance since no one has gotten a drop from it. I might do further testing of this but I'm busy doing other things so I don't know when exactly.

 

I've gotten a lot of t3s from chests including quest reward ones
