An Bankrupt By Bugs

I’ve just been stuck under the grond in Detlas because of a serious bug,

So I used a command /kill to get out of there.

But I lost all of my EB.

I lost 52EB, I possessed them to buy powders.

That’s toooooo terrible bug. and I got that twice.

in this case, can i get 52Eb back?

 

Wynncraft doesn't do refunds...

Maybe just don't lose all your soul points next time?

 

I have 12 soul points when i lose my 52EB...

Yeah, this is literally impossible. Dying at 12 soul points will cost you exactly zero emeralds.

 

loosing emeralds at 12 skill points is not possible, and btw, 50 eb is not that much

 

Yes wynncraft has a no refund policy and ~50 EB isn't much, but if they actually did lose emeralds at 12 SP that would be a bug that should be reported. Maybe due to suffocating?

 

Actually he just /killed, not suffocated I believe. Plus, I'm pretty sure I know the bug he's talking about and I haven't lost anything when I /kill when it happens

 

I can give you 52 EB if you want to, I never buy mythics so I don't need a buttload of money. Just tell me when you can be online.

Losing all of your EB at 12 soul points just sounds unreasonable to me, even for a bug. Sorry if I'm wrong and just end up sounding like a huge dickhead, but this just seems like cheating generous people out of money.
