How Do You Get Your Emeralds? [im Fine Now]

So, I've seen someone post a comment on a thread stated that he has 8 stacks of Le. What I want to ask is HOW? Is it normal for players to get over 8 STACKS of Le? How much time did you need to get this much emeralds? What did you use?

It’s only a small amount of LE

Mythics can go for stacks of LE easily, high-quality mythics can be dozens of stacks

They were probably gotten by loot-running, and it was nerfed to the ground last update, so it won’t work

 

Yes, it's a small amount, but a small amount for rich players :/
Even though I was playing for more than two years I never got a white horse (I did stop a lot of times, so let's its one year). Also I remember when I was trying to buy a white horse two years ago but.. I lost all 64Le to breeding horses (I didn't know that it was best to buy a white horse at the time). so yeah, I hate myself.


Anyway, I have a question which is how much do they get (before 1.18) Le every week/month of loot run?

 

How much LE do you have and what level are you?

 

I played two years ago (I stopped from time to time, so one year), I have five characters their level: 1-101 2-75-85 3-45-55 4-30-40 5-19. I only have 4-8Le :(

Also, I think if I combined the whole amount of emeralds that I gained from playing it might be 3-5 stacks of Le

 

8 stacks is pretty solid, but I wouldn't count someone as rich until they have 20-30 stacks. I could definitely imagine reaching 8 stacks without any mythics (I'm at around 4 stacks right now, probably more if I cleared out my shop entirely and sold all of my powders).

If you only have 4-8 LE, that's because you're not managing your money properly.

The only items I bought is scrolls, all my money goes to scrolls and bank pages (I also lost 64Le because of breeding).

 

Yeah, I thought it might be scrolls. Don't waste money on unnecessary scrolls. Keep a stack each of Ragni and Selchar, and assuming you've done some CSST keep some Forgery scrolls too. Everything else is a waste. You can easily do:
Selchar -> Corkus City -> Kandon-Beda -> Ahmsord
Ragni -> tunnel to Detlas -> Cinfras -> Thanos -> D&D tunnel to Rodoroc
Ragni -> Passage to Troms
Ragni -> tunnel to Detlas -> literally anywhere else in Wynn
Selchar -> Llevigar

Don't waste money on scrolls to higher-level cities.

Bank pages shouldn't be that costly - total of maybe 20-30 LE for the original 11. Are you telling me you've been buying the new pages?

 

Well, here is a list:

-I only buy deltas/nemract/selchar/Llevigar/Ahmsord (I didn't buy a lot), sometimes I buy other scrolls.
-I didn't do CSST even once :)
-I bought two more pages they costed 19Le
-I don't gather money, I only do when I'm short of the money
-The only time I tried to get 64Le when I was leveling up and lost them to breeding
-I don't do loot run
-When I try to gather money I sell identified items to the buyer (before 1.18), now I use seavela reefs or sell ingredients that I get
-There was a time were I bought 6-10 items it costs 28-32Le

 

Pre-update, I'd be willing to bet 80% of my wealth came from quests. If I hadn't done ~12 stacks raw le giveaways, I would be at about 20 stacks right now (currently at about 7). That's not including stuff I own or have bought of course, but just plain raw le. The only two mythics I have ever found was a pre-buff Freedom and pre-buff Pure (which equivalated to roughly 2.75-3 stacks of le total). The last mythic I found, being that Freedom, was over a year ago. People who say you need mythics in order to get rich underestimate money you can make outside of just them. Did this take a while? Yes, but unfortunately I can't give you a very accurate amount of time due to periods of inactivity (I took a 2-3 month break from Wynn at some point, along with multiple other breaks).

With that being said, now that the update has nerfed quest rewards, that method of making money is probably ineffective (haven't really used new characters that much because of professions and I need the quests for content I mean what, so I can't confirm if it is or not). I have found that a good way to get money in this update is via selling resources and ingredients. As of the update release, I have probably made about 48le-1 stack (probably even more but haven't really been keeping track) of le just by selling these resources and some ingredients on the marketplace.

Is it normal for a player to get as wealthy as wealthier players? Depends on what you call normal. Imo probably not. You will (most likely) either get lucky (good gear that is in high demand) OR be a very active player (especially in the marketplace) in order to get rich.

The amount of pages a player needs depends on the player themself. They decide what items they find valuable enough to keep or not. That being said, is that their fault for having problems with bank space? Yes.

 

I must agree with Druser, you are just not managing your money properly.

I had way more then 8 stacks at one point but I spent it all on mythics.

Personally me and a friend started an auction house, we grinded legendaries, sold all of the Crappy ones to the item buyer, then auctioned off all of the godly ones.

We had about 14 stacks of le profit at the end of each week, which is why we stoped after about week 4. And bought pretty much everything we wanted.

I.e. every warrior mythic
Plus ones for him
A spring, a freedom, and a monster.

 

Okay, but can you tell me how did you get your money?

Edit: tbh 4-8Le isn't so bad (kinda poor), to me 32Le is good, 64Le is Pretty good, more than two stacks of Le is nearly rich, more than 8 stacks of Le is rich.

So, I don't really think its because of managing my money but I do think that because I don't really gather money. I only go to seaveal reefs when my money gone to 2Le, which doesn't happen a lot because when I'm playing I get ingredients and items to sell them, the marketplace really helped me to clear a lot of items from my bank.

 

I had like 2.2 stacks, but then bought a Chestnut, bank pages and some other stuff so I'm at 1.5 stacks right now. I'm only level 94 and got most of my money from quest rewards and some from pre-nerf Seavale Reef.

 

Me: walking/spell Spam.

 

I actually just go do lootchest runs and get a few stacks of normal emeralds, legendaries and powders

End up with 20-32 eb at the end

I also get so many legendaries that Im liturly just giving them away for free cause I just dont have space (3 paged full to the brim)

Another good way for making money (I haveny tried it yet but it could work) to go to the lava lake in maex and kill flarelings, they drop with 200-230 lb 3 powder (T1,T2,T3) and they do spawn quite often , I once saw 5 of them just hanginh around at the same place

So make a few T5 or T6 powders and VALUAH
