    makes ms much more consistent and the melee dps without it isnt really anything anyway. i'd say it's worth it

    I figured, I'm already at -4k water defense anyway, might as well make the rest of the build look okay.

    Especially since the longer melee recharge allows you to cast a spell in the meantime, while very fast attack speed would force you to constantly melee until ms gets activated.

    I used this build and wore it outside while it was raining and lost the entire build after dropping down to 1 soul point immediately please explain.
