Guilds? (among Other Things)

as much as i disagree with a lot of what you said, i especially disagree with this, clearly some guilds are just stronger than other guilds? by either level of the guild, and the skill level of its members

 

You know maybe it’s not that guilds are “like” politics but when people gain power in a certain community, shit like that happens. I’d be lying if I said I don’t have any intrest in knowing guild politics but... it’s too early for me xD Still having fun doing quests and stuff

Hello! Welcome to the world of the hyper-competitive guild community, the place where dreams come true and are crushed mere seconds later!
A lot of things have already been mentioned on this post, though I thought I'd add my own two cents to the matter.

I am always glad to see new players interested in the guild community, but I recommend to anybody who is not yet level 100 to simply enjoy their journey. Back in the olden days, the guild community was nowhere to find, it did not have an as obvious and strong presence as it does now. I personally believe myself lucky to have gone through my Wynncraft journey without the guild community nagging me, asking me to simply be the next in line to war. The guild community should be considered an important part of Wynncraft none-the-less, but it is a post-journey experience, something so extremely different from Wynncraft itself. As you have gathered through this post a lot of political and diplomatic relations are always involved in the guild community, though it isn't always positive or elegant. We may seem harmless on the outside, but before you dip your foot in the cold waters, remember that toxicity is found even within a highly diplomatic, community-oriented, and war focused field such as the guild community.

Despite all of this, it shouldn't be considered a "rant". I am personally a proud guild momma and a fellow Valkyrie leader, our communities are strong, and we stand arguably as one of the proudest communities in all of Wynncraft. (clap clap, I'm proud of ya'll)

Just rely on agility activating and then proceed to take over random territories and you'll be fine.
Which is something I would NEVER EVER do.

 

thinking about it after a solid 3 hours nights sleep, i should've included the full top 10 for most wars in one day so get a small sense of scale of how other guilds preform

also just a lil heads up about how this was possible, it was during a time when the warring system was fucked up, buggy and unreliable, and eventually to the point where wars wouldnt work at all so no guild could take a territory

 

You're welcome to think that. Some guilds rely entirely on their alliance. Others can stand alone, others just have extremely active players. Many more factors can go into the reason why certain guilds have their amount of territories outside of skill of members & level.

Really? In BuildCraftia, we managed to get around 70-90 territories at one point while fending off HackedForums, PaladinsUnited, and Blacklisted at once. And then afterwards we and a dozen other guilds pushed them at a perfect time and toppled them.

I do plan on enjoying the full wynncraft experience. I do have a fair share of experience in minecraft server toxicity and it always comes down to “damn, I wish I can go back to when I was enjoying the server” xD
