Buying Information On How To Obtain These Ingredients (16eb Each!) || Updated 2019 03 02

My theory is that the ghost does drop that item, but it's far rarer than the other two ingredients it always drops. Did you legitimately obtain the electroplasm from a mob (not from a loot chest), and was it around the graveyard area? The ghost only spawns there and since the other mobs in the graveyard don't really drop anything the ghost would be the most likely mob to drop it. Also, when you obtained the electroplasm did you get the two other soul ingredients as well?

Might do some testing later today by attempting to kill the ghost multiple times. If it does drop the electroplasm I'll update you on here.

 

I don't think we can rely on the ghost of saints row to drop four different ingredients, furthermore Nemract isn't the only place where level 20-30 mobs are. I'm specifically referring to the ocean here in which i'm hunting round the wooden outposts round the area to see if the CT have put any mobs there, especially ones that that are anything related to sea,ghosts,electricity or the weather.
-Edit: I haven't found any enemies on these outposts at all currently, to be honest I don't even know why they are here other than to make the ocean look less empty.

Also that's another place to look for aquatic beauty as well. No clue on corrupted fragment though.

Then it might be possible Ghost of Saint's Row drops electroplasm, though there might need to be slightly more concrete evidence regarding if it actually drops. The main issue is that you're unsure of the mob, and while it may be the ghost it hasn't been fully confirmed. Might do a bit of farming tonight to see if I can replicate the drop; otherwise it's still technically in limbo at this point.

 

Odd thought but do corrupted village residents drop anything of interest?

Unfortunately no, all ingredients (well, 99% of them) can also be found in lootchests

 

most 3 star ones cant, for some reason some can (ex: glacial anomaly, from mobs randomly I think is the key)

my guess is those 3 stars are found in grind areas which drop very rarely

 

I found "volatile matter" in a lower tier loot chest yesterday, and I've found a few other three star ingredients in chests as well. That being said, all ingredients are dropped by a mob or mobs, and some of these ingredients seem to be unclear as to where they drop from.

Update regarding ghost farming: Killed about 11 or 12 ghosts, only received the two souls each kill. If lb affects drop percentage I might attempt farming the ghost using a lb set to see if anything changes.

There are also some weird cultist areas around the Time Valley/Lost Sanctuary area that contain "mini bosses" that sometimes drop set items upon death. One of these bosses did drop a two star ingredient called "residual spirit", so it's possible the unsettling soul may come from these bosses as well. Will have to look more into that.

 

I came across that area in time valley a while ago, but I just presumed that due to information already being available, but now that I think about it the mini-boss is very ghost like ,it does have fire, water and thunder defence and it is in the rough level (25) of where both electroplasm and unsettling soul are as well so I might check it out again later. For anyone else willing to help the co-ords to it are -370, 76, -990 however you can take a short cut in by going down into the lake of lost sanctuary at -300, 35, -990.

 

I can find all of these except the aquatic beauty in lootchests around the level area.
Corrupted fragment drops from nether mobs as far as i know. Which exactly, is it the blazes or the others i dont know.
The other two i have no idea, but since they are some ghost things (remember ectoplasm from ghost busters?) So i guess youll have to search at some ghosty sh*t.

Not only is that boss present but there's also another weird mini boss around where the abandoned horse farm is. It's a strange invisible wither mob called "temporal rift" or something like that and when you kill it it drops some weird coal items labeled "dark aura" which is not an ingredient item (is this used for anything since it's a misc item?). It also spawns actual hostile mini bosses like the other mob I spoke of, which drop a leather chestplate that's part of a set. The other boss tends to drop a helmet and wand that is also part of a set, so there may be other mini bosses I'm not aware of yet.

 

Apparently someone confirmed that temporal rift drops volatile matter which was being hunted for a while back, though I wouldn't expect temporal rift to hold electroplasm or unsettling soul anyway because of its 5 level gap from it since its level 20. Also dark aura can be used in the shop at pigman ravines to buy some type of cool helmet.

 

Unfortunatly lootchest is not what i'm looking for, most of them can be found in lootchests

well this is the thing that im not certain of, since i was wondering around the portal with my low lvl class and suddenly i just found one in my inv, and im not sure if i looted that from a nearby chest or a mob dropped it that i killed so sorry, all i could help with :-:

I don't think temporal rift drops volatile matter because the mob spawns on the same place everytime, also there are a lot of ingredients that you can acau from lower level mobs like strong flesh, wooly armour and red/brown mushroom.

But I think that unsettling soul (like everyone said) drops from ghost of saints row and electroplasm drops from skelemancer because he has a thunder Dam&Def.

Are you sure that skelemancer would have it? It's level gap is far away from 26 and there are a couple enemies as stated already such as ghost of saints row and spirit of vexiation which are far more likely to drop it because they are also related with being ghost like and spirit of vexiation is notable for it also has thunder defense and is not easy to take down at level 20 which is when your most likely to find it. Also information on volatile matter has already been sent to wynndata and has been approved. So unless someone is just throwing out false information, its already been explained.

 

I'm not sure if skelemancer would drop electroplasm, but the level gap is not a problem at all because there are a lot of ingredients you can get from lower level mobs like strong flesh, wooly armour and red/brown mushroom. For the other mobs ghost of saints row and spirit of vexiation I don't think neither of them can drop it because ghost of saints row already has two (three? Unsttling soul) drops and spirit of vexiation drops a specific armour and he can be farmed easily (spawns at the same place everytime), but who knows I might be totally wrong.

I'm 100% sure that volatile matter doesn't drop from the mob because its easily farmed (spawns at the same place everytime), There is another mob called Time Anomaly [Lv.15] probably drops volatile matter. The information of tier 3 ingredients was taken from this thread.

Oh, by the way, I'm not after the money :)
I'm just trying to suggest some mobs that might drop the ingredient.

 

I'm not in it for the money either, i'm just trying to narrow down the mobs that could drop the item and although you have mentioned ingridients with a large level gap, all those items are ingridients that are under the level the mob it drops from, if you can find me a mob which drops an ingridient that is 5 or more levels higher than itself then i'll change my mind.
