Mage/Dark Wizard Help Good Fatal War Build

So basically I got this Fatal and it's pretty fucking Pog, shown here

Pretty good right? Now I wanna become OP at wars but I don't have the right build. Assuming I can get any non-mythic items, please supply a build that could solo wars (obviously using skill pots in the wars).

Super slow chains for ez mana steal and kill streak for damage boost
Reaches 129 intel with intel pot

 

doesnt actually reach 129 cause of the way pots work in wars, and low def and no agil, could maybe work if you spam heal enough but eh

 

Then tell me how pots work in wars pls

 

The effects are 70%(somewhere around there) less effective in guild wars as opposed to the normal world.
