Menopause stars on average at age of 51
The sex ratio in humans is approximately 1:1
65.9% population is aged 15-64

Just to make the math easy, we will assume that there is the same number of people of every age.
Based on that we can say that around 77.6% of 65.9% of the human population is aged 13-51.
The only thing left it to take half of that because we only want to get a number of women.
All of that means that around 25.553% of human population is experiencing periods regularly.

Now let's calculate the exact number!
