I have this build, except the li stuff. Anyway to improve this build?

 

You don't really need that much mr. I'd swap memento->gaea-hewn, third eye->aquamarine, and double diamond hydro ring->double finesse https://wynndata.tk/s/skWTPR. If you need the sp from third eye though you can probably keep that over aquamarine.

 

why Finesse over double diamond hydro? Finesse gives like 50 more spell dmg while dhydro gives 10% more water damage.

 

Skill points. Double diamond hydro results in one sp leftover which is a huge yikes (with aquamarine at least). Really, the spell damage is basically the same, meaning double diamond hydro will only increase your heals by a tiny bit and that's it. One finesse and one diamond hydro would be fine though.
