Jeweling 2/4 Mr Accessory Shell Design

So I've been trying to make 3/4 MR accessories for the longest time, but I'm convinced it's a lost cause. However, I found this neat synergy, as shown in the image.



The idea here is to use Major's Badge to boost Frozen Ghostly Essence to 1.55/4 MR, which rounds up to 2/4 MR, and boost a Wind Ornament with the Frozen Ghostly Essence to reduce the big walk speed penalty.

Though -173 durability looks like a lot, it's not really that much. Using level 100 t3 ingredients, accessories should theoretically get up to 420 durability, and I'm able to get away with -300 durability because of how accessories lose durability(though I ideally would like to stay around -250 to -270, and correct me if I'm wrong).

If you don't like the negative walk speed, you can use Feather of Grace to bring the walk speed to -3 to +1, or Wind Ornament to bring the walk speed to 0 to +5.

If you don't like the -durability, you can use Stolen Pearls to bring it up. I'd advise against Borange Fluff, because that just makes the negatives and requirements worse.

Top left: Frozen Ghostly Essence
Top right: Major's Badge
Middle left: Stolen Pearls
Middle right: Wind Ornament
Bottom left: Stolen Pearls
Bottom right: Unicorn Horn

This setup yields...

2/4 Mana Regen
-6% to -2% Walk Speed
16% to 20% Stealing

-230 Durability
83 Intelligence Requirement
35 Agility Requirement

(you can cut the pearls if you want but oof -290 durability)

 

How about:

[P] = stone plating
[F] = Frozen ghostly essence
[N] = Native Jadeite

Making for a total of:
3 mana regen
4/-12% walk speed
-600/-960 health
0/-11% spell damage
-168 durability
116 intelligence requirement

It seems fairly good to me. + the native jadeite and the stone plating can be replaced by other things for some sweet effects, since those are really only there to negate the other items' downsides. Like a naval stone instead of the stone plating for no negative health, 74 more durability, 14 less intel requirement and quite a bit less speed as well as negative water damage. But I'm just spitballing here.

Also, are you sure that giving Frozen ghostly essence a 1.55 times multiplier always gives 2/4 mana regen? Or is that an assumption?
(I'm asking because of the second question I had in this thread.)

 

-obelisk core is ingredients to the left now
-native jadeite is only 4% - 5% spell damage, and besides, it's canceled out by eye of the beast (so it's literally just -durability)
-durability flipping no longer exists (so stone plating doesn't give any positive durability), so it's more like -228 durability or something (obelisk core has no -durability iirc), not a big deal though

Re: your last question, it's an assumption, but it's a very good one since it validates the design of Major's Badge. It's possible that the internal system is base/modifier which might cause unexpected results, but I don't think so.

That's a lot of work for 3/4 when you can do it much more easily.

Also has anyone been able to confirm how to get Major's Badge yet?

The idea here is creating an accessory with 2/4 MR and bonuses, rather than 3/4 MR with drawbacks. Sure, in your design I could cancel out the -walk speed and -spell damage, but that's not my cup of tea.

 

It seems it's not in-game yet, also here is the thread were someone confirmed it.
