Where Can A Man Get Better Tier Tools?

All I can find is Tier 1 and Tier 2 tools from merchants

Do I upgrade them?

Do I just search better?

WHAT DO I DO?!

 

you get them from doing dungeons, t3 is from decrepit sewer and t4 is infestedpit/underworld crypt and the next tier is from the next dungeon etc etc

I'm not sure if they were the original to post it or not but the first time I saw it was when @Altakar posted it in the discord (which it is now pinned in both the questions and wynncraft sections when Toy was pinning lots of things).
