Good Source Of Ghostly Essence/pillaged Fragment?

Twain Lake/House of Twain spawn rates are atrociously low - how am I supposed to be getting enough ingredients to level up jeweling in this range? These ingredients are somehow supposed to last until level 57 (when Gloomy Orb becomes available...) but they're ridiculously uncommon for T0 and T1 ingredients. Are there any other options? Should I just be farming coyotes to get me through the 50s in jeweling?

 

The "Lost Spirits" boss in "The Headless Hunt" (the one in Dullahan's torture chamber, not the prison) drops ~15 ghostly essence last time I checked

 

When I did it earlier to test it didn't drop any ghostly essence (although the mobs around it did drop it occasionally).

 

I got a stack of that from twain with lb armour in 15 mins it isnt that bad

 

It's honestly worth the grind because of Frozen Ghostly Essence and Large Lapis, which make your job 10 times easier. And to be honest I think Gloomy Orb is harder to farm than Ghostly Essence because as far as I know it only drops off of the Malevolent Mists in the Swamp which aren't common spawns and drop the orb at maybe a 10-20% chance

EDIT: You can also use Broken Antic Bead at 55 but the only places I know where they drop are Tribal Raindancers(low drop rate)and Tribal Sanctuary (guaranteed, but only one at a time)
