I recently just got back into this game and decided to go and farm mobs for legendaries, but the spot I used for solo farming (turtle area in Corkus) feels like the spawns were reduced so much that getting items is somewhat rare now.

I then looked on the map and tried to use a "grind spot" in the frozen fort, thinking the mobs would be hard hitting but reasonably easy to kill. I instead was greeted by mobs that not only hit hard but were literal tanks, boasting over 60,000 hp and making my spells or attacks ineffective at grinding them. Mind you, these were the same level as the turtles, which have around 7000 hp in comparison. There was even a mob that had more hp than Bob's Reincarnation and was so tanky only a group of players could kill it.

Now that the update has changed the course of the game, I don't know what is the ideal place to solo grind xp or items, or even grind with parties (haven't seen any shouts regarding them). What are some suggestions on where to grind end game level mobs (levels 90-100), preferably with large groups of entities and manageable hp, for solo grinding?

Frozen Heights might be a good option, bt
I haven't been there since the update besides quickly for the questions, so I'm not certain.

Corrupted Sand Swept Tomb (aka CSST) a dungeon (group grind)
Frozen Heights (solo) were places for grinding, but I ain’t sure about them still being effective or not.

Im pretty sure item drops from mobs in general were reduced with the update to put more focus on crafting. For xp i think freezing heights is still pretty good but havent really used it enough since the update to be sure

I used to use freezing heights a lot but found the turtle area to be better at the time. Freezing heights may be better at this point if the mob spawn rate is still as high as it has been for the past few years. And I do find the limited amount of item drops to be a bit annoying, especially since there are people unlike me who need the legendaries but can't get them without hours of grinding mobs. All I really get now is ingredient drops, which are basically the new junk drops but way more common.

Also, if CSST is still the "leveling" method, why have I seen no shouts regarding these parties? Every now and then I see someone reach level 103 but no previous mention of a CSST party with the use of xp and dungeon bombs. Wouldn't mind joining a few, but I never know when they are going on.
(Bring back demon cave parties, ugh)

Not everyone is willing to do a shoutout because with less people in runs of CSST, it will be less likely to lag, but the major reason is that since the economy update dungeons are kinda broken. (I heard people saying that lol you could try to ask others about it)

It's also because CSST/SST got a complete rework. The dungeon now separates parties from each other (most of the time) as each person will be tped to one of four possible battle rooms and then one of four possible parkours, so now people can't just lazily hold w and get free xp and/or rely on others to beat the dungeon. It is much less popular as a grinding spot because of that, but still good regardless.

Seems like CSST made way too many players 100 and they couldn’t make a lot of end game contents in just an update :
Plus the amount of 100s being raised up to 102 is largely out of CSST so it makes sense to nerf it

To be honest I never liked CSST runs that much and even with the old dungeon groups would get separated often. I wish that grinding parties with mobs rather than dungeons would come back, similar to Dcave years ago.

I've heard that there are parties at the frozen fort area like I mentioned above, which would be effective with multiple people, but like CSST I never see any shouts or posts regarding xp grinding parties. I wouldn't mind grinding there if a party was active.

Also, there's Demon Cave and the young dragonling place next to wybel island. Demon Cave is still there, but the entrance has move due to the placement of the Armory for Dogun and Dwarves quest. Instead of being to the right of the ramp to Sky Island before the update, it is up the ramp a little, but still on the right. I don't know but the mobs there might have gotten a buff after the update as I find them tougher to kill than before the update.

The young dragonling area has been redone as the draglings are no longer there. Now, there is different 'ores' moving around. But, I find killing the mobs easier than D-Cave. Placement of mob totems are easier as the 'ores' do not move too quickly. Here is an old post about the area: https://forums.wynncraft.com/threads/better-spot-than-csst.234669/

I farmed all three areas, Frozen Heights, Ore area and Demon Cave and liked the Ore area the best.

I would try and go check out the ore place but I hate going through Sky Islands because 1) the void is always an instant kill hazard, 2) you get lost very easily, and 3) a lot of the mobs there are annoying to deal with. I'd probably need a step-by-step guide on how to get there, and even then I'm not sure if I'd want to use it as an item farm since it is probably a pain to go back and forth to a town to sell/identify the items.

Also, how much hp do these mobs have and can they be killed easily by one person? Do they spawn in large amounts as well?

I found an area in Sky Islands with enemies that were giving about 5k+ XP with not much XP Bonus (About 50%). I don't remember their exact location, but I do remember they were called something around the lines of "Depth Monster" and were quite difficult. You could easily camp with them with XP armor though and they have a high spawn rate, possibly resulting in more XP than Demon Cave and old CSST.

Route from Rodorocc to the ore area (notice the new location of D-Cave at the beginning). Hopefully, you can see the hp and xp gained. I had on a full Morph set and was using a infused hive wand with T6 Thunder powder, so I was only getting a 6% bonus. Also, you could go back the same route, but i found another way back up. With this update, there are more directional signs to Ahmsord.
